Nestled within the Tanger Outlets in Palm Beach, this Auntie Anne's location beckons with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pretzels. The menu offers an array of tempting options, from savory pepperoni pretzels and nuggets to classic cinnamon sugar bites and traditional plain pretzels. Crafted with care, each item is impossible to resist.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I bought some pretzels and a drink to munch on while shopping and found not one but THREE PUBIC HAIRS in my food. One in my mouth, one in my food and one on my drink that I know for a fact did not belong to me. MORTIFYING. I had already left the establishment so I tried calling 13 DIFFERENT TIMES. No answer. I go back to the store and talk to the manager and she couldn’t care less. If you value hygiene and food safety, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

A lot of racism, my daughter worked Ahy and they never called her again because she doesn't speak English correctly and the new boss is dark-skinned, they only accept dark-skinned people

Order of $57 on Uber, ordered a churro chillata, only for my order to come and not get the drink because they don’t have it anymore. Didn’t even bother to get me something else to replace it. Ordered two medium cups of pepperoni pretzel bites, only got one. Definitely not ordering here again.

Very poor customer service. The guy running the place is surly, and very angry. Never did get the pretzel i ordered and paid for. They never even started making them when i came back. Had to pull teeth to get a refund.

Bad experience ! Waited in line for more than 10 minutes as there were about 6 people ahead of me . I was planning to get a classic pretzel and drink combo . It was my turn and Elizabeth did not speak loud enough for anyone to hear . I proceeded to the counter and asked for what I wanted and she told me that they were all out of pretzels . I told her it would have been nice for someone to say they didn’t have any or only had pretzel bites . The sign says “Made Fresh Daily “ I queasy that dosent apply all the time . What a waste of time .
My pretzel and pretzel hot dogs over cooked
Awful customer service, cashier takes the money and then with the same hand she touched the bills, she takes the cinnamon rolls...disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Use gloves, pls.

Ordered this today . Got home to see not only was I giving the wrong sauce but it was also burnt. Every single one of them. Customer service was basically nonexistent
Yummy enough for me to plan stopping here when I come here.

5 stars when fresh and hot. No stars when they sell something that shouldn't be sold.
Customer in line at register changed their order and store rep angrily threw the order in the trash. I didn't hear the original order, just the aftermath, but anyone with kids knows they can change what they want and Auntie Anne's is geared towards kids. The customer hadn't even touched the food yet so it wasn't contaminated and could have been served to someone else. Either way it was pretty rude service in front of paying customers.
