I was very excited to make a reservation here, as I am a foodie and loved all the pictures I've seen about this place. Brought my family here for Easter and was disappointed overall. They had one poor server to take care of almost all the tables. Saw the manager running around and one bus boy. Not our servers fault as she was super busy, but our glasses were empty most of the time, our food took FOREVER to get.... Literally saw 4 different tables of people get up and leave... either before their order was even taken (because they were there for like 20 minutes before even being acknowledged) and the others after they ordered but left cause the food took SO long. We were the first brunch reservation there at 11am, and we left at 1:30.... The food for the most part was great, except my waffles.... They were cold... after mentioning it to the waitress, she did take it off our bill. If they get more employees, I'll be back... they need more help!!!
First time going and it was not bad. They had a musician there and she was very good. I couldn't hear much of her due to the table across from me talked a lot and loudly when there were barely anyone in the restaurant. Wait staff were nice and I went on a day where they only had one chef, which I understood. They provided us with a complimentary mimosa for the wait being so long. The food was not bad. I ordered the truffle flatbread, the only thing I did not like about it was the honey drizzle on it. My friend ordered the Lobster Benedict but one of the items that was supposed to be on it, they did not have. The waitress apologized and provided a discount which I don't think was needed but it was appreciated.
Delicious filet for dinner and encrusted fish; morning time Avocado toast was amazing!! Will certainly come back
Our Server, Mila, was attentive, friendly and extremely caring. The Half and Half never ran out, which is extremely rare these days.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
Went there with a group of 8. There were only 3 other tables occupied.
Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. We ordered food and had it 1 hour 15 minutes after arriving. No smoked salmon which they told us 15 minutes after ordering. My dish came with tortilla chips! Should have been floured tortillas so it was a mushy mess. I ordered over easy eggs but they sent sunny side up which were runny raw egg.
Manager came and asked for our opinion and we said it was poor and poor service. He took some money off but really, should have tore up the check - it was dreadful.
The pianist was the most professional person in the restaurant.

Genuinely wish I could give a place more stars because the actual aesthetic and atmosphere is really nice. It takes a lot for me to even write a review especially a bad one.
Disappointing doesn’t even come near to our experience. From the moment we sat down to the very end of our dining experience, service was unreasonably slow and terrible.
There was a total of 4 parties in the entire restaurant including our table of 7. The other 3 tables were parties of two. Drinks took forever to finally come out. To give them a slight benefit of the doubt, we ordered coffees, juices and cocktails so it was a little understandable for it to take a little longer, but not 30 minutes.
Then we finally ordered food after sitting for almost 45 minutes waiting for the server. At least half an hour AFTER we ordered food, the server came over to inform us that they were out of smoked salmon which 3 people at our table ordered as an addition to our meals. Then after over an hour our food FINALLY came out… COLD . One meal was absolutely sloppy and unappetizing.
The manager decided to come over after we finished eating to ask about our experience. 3 of us at the table work as servers and are in the industry. We never ever complain but this place left an AWFUL taste in our mouth with the food and service.
We expressed our disappointment and the manager felt the need to inform us that his fryer and stove top apparently broke down. He did try to make things right, but we kindly asked them to remove the automatically placed 20% gratuity as we felt we should make the decision on what percentage was left after the service we experienced. Again, as someone who works in the industry and literally serves and bartends at a high level, I work extremely hard to earn my tips and this server did not deserve 20%. The manager said he wanted to give us a discount on the check and that he “absolutely” would remove the gratuity since service was terrible. These were his words. Then upon dropping the check, he said that he decided to leave the 20% gratuity on there because we ordered a large amount of drinks. We ordered a total of 4 coffees, 2 juices, 3 mimosas and 2 bloody Mary’s (not all at once, this was throughout our two hour service).
At this point we did not feel like going back and forth, we decided to pay and leave and never return. For a restaurant that wasn’t busy, service should not have been this way. There is a reason brunch was slow on a Sunday here. We will never return here.
