Bimini Twist was a great experience as usual, we felt a little rushed to finish our meal, however it was a busy Friday night and there was a heavy demand for tables so it's understandable. The food was excellent and the proportions were great. The server was diligent and attentive even though as i said before, we did feel slightly rushed to finish our meal.

Bimini twist as a spirited vibe. We had comfortable outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Excellent martinis. Sweet chili snapper was an A plus. The only negative is that the calimari was soggy. All considered it is a great spot.

The evening was made perfect by our delightfully charming waitress, Yani! Her recommendations were right on and showed she knew the menu well. The restaurant was full and yet Yani stopped by our table to explain delay and offered to treat us to ice cream as a result of delay and attitude. What an asset Yani is to this establishment! My husband and I chose the maple glazed salmon and it was prepared to perfection. The spinach Marie was nicely prepared and Caesar salad was light and a nice starter. If you're looking for fine dining, Palm Beach is your go-to. For a nice on the spur of the moment dinner, Bimini's Twist is a good place to go. Quite a drive but fun to find a place we've never been. Again, many thanks to Yani!!!!

Food was excellent! Service was poor. We kept having to ask for things like plates,drinks etc. basic thing a waitress should do automatically. We had to remind her that we had birthday in the group twice. In all fairness to her, I think she had too many tables to service. Maybe more training would help.

Almost always enjoy our dinners at Bimini Twist. The services is always excellent, and the food and drinks ( a martini and bourbon mule )are always tasty and plentiful. The honey glazed pork chop was juicy, tender and quite large, and was accompanied by broccolini and rice. my choices. I had enough to take home for another meal. My husband's salmon and salad were perfect for him. Since we ordered dinner just before 6:00, we received a 20% discount on our check, increasing the value of our meal!

Went for the Early Bird dinner on a Sunday. It was less busy then. I had the Chicken Rotini which came with a house salad and my husband had the glazed honey mustard Salmon also with a house salad. Both our meals were delicious and the portions very large. Highly recommend this place and the Early Bird special gives a 20% discount without sacrificing quality or quantity.
Reservation was helpful. Took my wife on a surprise date and to celebrate our recent promotions at work. The food was Amazing and delicious food. Great ambience and our waitress was wonderful. I throughly enjoyed celebrating my birthday with Bimini. I went early so that I may enjoy a slow meal and great conversation. All of the above occurred. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable I enjoyed the low lighting and many tables with booths. The food was delicious I ordered the yellowtail cooked perfectly! Paired it with a delicious bottle of wine. The waiter was on point! Wonderful place for small or large gatherings. Will return.

I don’t even know where to start. First of all, we ordered onion rings, and were served 4 greasy rings with jam. Immediately after my family and I experienced TERRIBLE service. Waitress was extremely disrespectful and ignorant in regards to my beliefs, we had informed her that I am a Muslim and can NOT eat pork. They later sent me a burger with bacon on it, when I specifically asked for a plain cheeseburger. The burger was also COMPLETELY raw as if it were still mooing. All foods were at a frigid temperature. My daughter had ordered well done steak, they sent out a RED steak and when we addressed it the waitress began to catch an attitude. After this, they sent out the manager, who told us that it was the lighting making the meat appear raw, and that it is perfectly cooked. This service and food completely ruined my family’s New Year, and we will NOT be returning! Just know, you lost a customer. The bad part wasn’t even how terrible the food was, it was the ignorance and blatant disrespect coming from these workers.
