A few years ago, my husband and I went to a popular French restaurant on Palm Beach. I asked if they made cassoulet. They did not. But, they gave me the card to Bistro Bistro and said it was excellent. They were right. We've been a number of times, and while all their food is good, I'm always most delighted when they are serving cassoulet. A friend suggested I come here but I argued to go to another place down the street. When we discovered it was closed we came back to Bistro Bistro & I am sooo very happy we did. What a hidden jam of a French Bistro. Fresh baked breads and pastries. Organic and delicious greens and veggies & meals prepared with love and care make this a great place to visit for a something tasty and different.

last night was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the exceptional cooking and booze and with the modest price. We will definitely visit there again.
