We love going to BJs for the value that you get for your money. I have to admit that we pretty much eat from the appetizer menu. That is just how we do. So the notable mentions. The avocado egg rolls have always been very good and still are. The ahi poke has fallen off...dang that used to be one of our favorites. The shrimp and garlic bread a very good. And please note that the nachos is basically a meal on the appetizer menu. Well we definitely will be going back and still one of favorites.
We had 6 people meeting for a mini high school reunion. Reception gave us a great table. Our server was very attentive. We requested individual checks which our server provided (no problem). Food was good. Noise level was great even though it was Football Sunday.
Great experience...my wife and I stopped by for dinner on Saturday September 20th...restaurant was very busy and we made aware upon check in that the kitchen was backed up 5-10min...we both appreciated the notice about kitchen being backed up...once seated ,our waiter Meek was at our table within 1 minute taking our drink order...after getting our drinks and placing our food order Meek again notified us the kitchen was backed up 5-10min...our food was at the table within 10min...my wife and I were very pleased with the communication between the staff and customer (not something I see much of in Florida)...special shout out to 'Meek' our excellent waiter...will definitely be back.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Meek at BJ’s Restaurant, and he was nothing short of amazing! From the moment he greeted us, he made us feel welcome and cared for. His energy was warm, attentive, and professional — the perfect balance of friendly and efficient.
Meek anticipated our needs before we even asked, kept our table refreshed without us having to flag him down, and made thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his genuine smile and positive attitude made the meal even more enjoyable.
It’s rare to find a server who not only provides excellent service but also creates such a memorable experience. BJ’s is lucky to have Meek on their team — he turned a regular dinner into something exceptional. I will definitely be asking for him again next time I visit!

We visit the #558 location at the Palm Beach Outlet Mall, and we usually sit at the bar. The service from Amanda is always superb and the food is great. They have specials during the week starting at 4:00pm…I love the pork chops! Definitely my favorite sports bar in West Palm!

I just received my DoorDash order from BJ’s, and the prime rib was completely unacceptable. It looked like it was taken straight out of the package and put on the plate. I was told prime rib is usually served a little on the rare side, but I’ve had this meal before and this is nowhere near rare—it’s simply not cooked. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately you’re losing a loyal customer.
I got food posiend here 2 times from the burger
I went to have a dinner with my wife tonight. I was sat down relatively quickly, host was very friendly. Received are menu's but no one showed up for roughly 20 minutes. Finally our waiter came and took our drink and appetizer order. Finally after we got our appetizer and drinks I went to put in my order they said they didn't have the prime rib or pork chops which were part of a dinner combination. So I changed my order to the ribeye steak medium rare. After a while our food came out and my steak was way overcooked. But not being one to complain I was just going to eat it. My wife's jambalaya also looked nothing like the picture it was honestly disgusting looking. I've had jambalaya and that was not it. The waiter asked how things were and we expressed our issues. He brought a manager who was very understanding and offered to have our food redone properly, to which we accepted. We waited quite a while for it and after I was ready to go so I got the check. The waiter asked us if we wanted another drink only once when we were getting ready to leave. And the food tasted mediocre, I wasn't expecting greatness but it was just lacking. Waiter never came back after the check so I payed on the app and left. My wife had a previously good experience here that's why we came, but tonight was just terrible.

We had a really mixed experience during our visit. Our server, Shyanne, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made sure our table was well taken care of. She truly made the evening enjoyable.
What really ruined the experience, though, was the behavior of the manager, Carl. While all the other dishes were good, my mom’s steak tasted pretty bad. At one point, a bus boy came over to make sure we were ok since he saw we were looking for our waitress to send the steak back. He didn’t see the waitress either as she was busy in the back and so he called the manager over to help us. Instead of appreciating his effort, Carl harshly reprimanded him right in front of us. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly upsetting to witness a manager demean his staff like that in front of customers.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of leadership, especially when the rest of the staff—like Shyanne—clearly work hard to provide a great experience. Management sets the tone for a restaurant, and unfortunately, Carlos left a very negative impression.
