Rude bartender 11 am on 10/11 . I sat down and asked for a water. Didn’t even decide what I wanted yet and she said “so are you not going to order anything? this is a business establishment” well not after that comment I got up and walked away. Clearly she is miserable.

The server was super rude. It wasn't busy, but she responded to a simple request for water as if I was putting her out. She said, "I should charge for water as many times as I've been asked today. I know, I know, the water fountain is out. I've heard it a million times. " Reading through prior reviews, I guess Jaime just really hates serving water. I'd rather she refuse than give attitude.

Best bartender EVER! JAIME is the best!!
Waiting for our flight to Boston, our flight was delayed. We asked her to change the TV so we could watch the Celtics playoff game. She said sure with mo hesitation! We asked if Blu2O had food, she replied, no, but if you want to bring food, I am 100% ok with that.
We were so pleased and grateful and Jaime accommodated all the other passengers who were delayed too!!

Waiting for my flight and I wanted a martini. So, I ordered a very dry Absolut martini and it gets served in a plastic cup. Part of the experience of the martini is having it served in a martini glass.I asked if there was a martini glass and she shook her head and said no. Interesting. I could clearly see an inverted martini glass at the end of the bar where the registers are. I don’t know what irritates me more. The bartender being too lazy to deal with a martini glass or being lied to. I know it’s getting late, but come on. What happened to ambiance or good customer service?Addendum: the bill for 2 martinis served in said plastic cups came to over $35 before tax and gratuity. Unbelievable!
