I couldn’t get a military discount because the cashier was closed at 9:40pm so they sent me to the bar but they charge an additional 20%

Never ate or drank here. Came in for a drink and stood for 10mins to order. Not a big deal. Finally walked around to find someone and the two guys that work there who never said anything to us that were 5 ft from us. Said the bartender is busy and not sure when she will be back. Not sure how hard it is to grab a beer from the bar but won't becoming back.

Would have given this place no stars if possible. Now I understand why they already charge you the 20% service fee because i definitely would not have left any tip. Our server Nicole L was terrible with no personality. We didn't even get to order any drinks until we ordered food at the same time. We asked for extra sauce and was told that it would be another $1.75 . We saw her twice when we ordered the food and when i finally got pissed and paid. We are also in the industry and know how customers should be treated. We came down to enjoy family time and see Sandi tree, but our time at Bodega almost ruined it. We definitely will not be back and we will let others know about our time there.

Food was ok but service was terrible. They messed up half the order and took 30 minutes to remake it. Not only was the food not comped but they added an auto gratuity of 20% and refused to take it off. I’ve been to both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations and this by far is the worst one. Will not be returning

AMAZING TIME and AMAZING FOOD ! JOHNNY the bartender was very kind, smart, professional customer service, had time to chat, which isn’t the norm. I felt very relaxed and not rushed. I had a super busy day and came in and was greeted with all smiles. When ordering , I said “you pick”… they picked great drinks and great food. SAM was also great, she was very attentive and outgoing, upbeat vibe. The entire experience was fantastic. I would definitely return and recommend. Thanks for making my day.

There was 5 of us and food was pretty good out issue was when one of my friends went to the bathroom she seen a female worker there snorting drugs. We thought okay its Chicago but still very unprofessional. The female name was kassie or cassie one of those

I recently visited Bodega, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which seemed excessive given the moderate crowd at the time. To make matters worse, when I finally received my burrito, it was cold—not lukewarm, but cold enough to make me question how fresh it actually was.

I expected much better service and quality, especially considering Bodega’s reputation.

Walked in to a near-empty dining area, self-ordered a burrito basket and a frozen margarita at the electronic kiosk at 4:38pm including tipping 15% not expecting any issues. It is currently 5:32pm, have been done with my food for a good 40 minutes and I am still waiting on my drink. The female food runner was very helpful and has told me a couple times they are working on it, but the main register attendant (Server Johnny N) and another male employee have bumped into each other whispering and laughing several times up to this point not taking service seriously. The female food runner came up to me again, asking if I would like a regular margarita from the bar (the first attempt to resolve the situation nearly an hour after ordering). My second time at a Bodega location, had proven to me that overpriced Mexican fast food and (most) of their staff has grown cocky to the point they don’t care if the delivery on service. Owners: Keith Menin, Jared Galbut, of Menin Hospitality.

Update: The manager refunded my meal and gave me a coke to go.

I used to love this place but they have messed up my order the last two times. I ordered a veggie burrito without any meat for pick up and both times it had some kind of meat in it.

The worst part is there is no one you can talk to on the phone about this even when you call their number. I even sent them an email and did not receive any response or refund.

I just left Bodega and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. The service lacked any real personality or warmth—it felt like the staff were just going through the motions, which made the atmosphere feel dull and uninviting. To make matters worse, the drinks were disappointing. They lacked flavor and creativity, and it was clear no real effort was put into their preparation. For the price, I expected much better. Overall, the combination of bland service and lackluster drinks made it an underwhelming experience. I hope they can address these issues, as the potential for improvement is there.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I placed an order for food, but it was wrong THREE times.

First attempt: The meat was frozen on the inside.

Second attempt: I received chicken instead of beef.

Third attempt: The beef was frozen again.

By the third time, I was so disappointed and frustrated that I didn't even want to eat the rest of my meal.

The server male server Johnny seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, claiming there was nothing he could do and only removing the frozen items from my order.

However, I was still charged for the rest of the meal, with no apologies or compensation offered.

To top it off, I was charged a mandatory 20% tip, and the server had the audacity to ask for an additional tip. I understand tipping is customary, but this level of service did not warrant any extra payment.

I highly advise against dining here. The food quality was poor, and the customer service was even worse. Definitely not worth the money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The bartender at Jeysson was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked about my drink, he denied making it and started asking other staff, trying to pin the mistake on someone else. He even asked a female bartender if she made it. After wasting my time and gaslighting me, he finally admitted that he was the one who made it! Didn’t even remember me as a customer even though we had a conversation of me asking what I wanted.

What’s worse is that he had the audacity to say I had already taken my drink when I hadn’t. Instead of taking responsibility, he made up a story to avoid fixing the issue. Eventually, he said he would remake the drink but then added unnecessary attitude, saying it would be “on the house” but with a different tequila, as if I had requested special tequila—
I didn’t.

To top it all off, he still charged me for the drink despite claiming it would be free. I paid, but it was clear he didn’t have the courage to stand by his word.

The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but the way this bartender handled it—denying responsibility, gaslighting me, lying about the situation, and treating me like I was the problem—was completely unacceptable.

Music for the younger crowd LoL
I'm leaving a 2 star for the auto gratuity they add in and steal from the hard working server we had
She would have made way more tip if that greed wasn't added into my bill. Shame on you for putting her in that situation. Shame on you for your greed, your food is already over priced, yes it is good. But how hard is it to make a good taco?
