Whenever I’m on a break from school the first place I come to is Bolay because we don’t have a Bolay up there, not only is the food great but so is the staff, one person that really puts his best foot forward is Omar, outstanding guy to be around and always professional and engaging. At this point, I’m going to invite Omar to my thanksgiving dinner if he brings that attitude and that lemon chicken HA!

My time at bolay has been nothing short of greatness, my food is always made well, I’m attended to in a timely manner, in my time doing food reviews and eating at different bowl establishments, bolay has solidified itself as one of the best amongst many. The restaurant manager Omar has been the most professional i’ve seen amongst bolay establishments. He’s Hardworking , Detail oriented, engaging, proactive, and Reliable. The word dedication doesn’t do enough justice for this young man. I will definitely come back for another bowl thanks to him.

If I was closer, this would be the main bolay I stopped at! today I was helped by Miles and he made my experience fantastic, was very helpful with what to go with. Customer service was really good everyone seemed happy. Food was fresh and spot on as always!

I'm sharing my experience at the bolay on Okeechobee in west palm beach. I always go to that bolay, but the level of customer service is lacking. Its like these little kids that they have serving is so full of attitude as if they really don't want to be there. Lets talk food; if I am paying for a large bowl, why are they serving it as a regular? Each time I have to remind them that I am paying for a large. I really like this place but they gonna have to step their game up. Both their service and portion.
