Friendly, attentive staff. Fabulous roast beef and prime rib sandwich. Ask for seasoning for your fries. Large drinks. Decent prices. Think we finally found "our place".

Don’t come here for late night dining. Got here at 10:30pm. Took forever to place an order for drinks or food. Food took almost an hr to make. They need to get with it.

We WERE regulars. Keyword: WERE. Dakota the “manager” is probably the most sorry excuse for a ‘professional’ human in a leadership role. Apparently the kitchen can’t understand simple tasks and after having our order repeated back twice and confirming it when we picked it up it was still messed up and inedible. Dakotas response was “you should have checked it”. Yeah let me open the double knotted bag, dig through 5 containers, one of which is wrapped in plastic wrap while balancing it in my car with kids, 8 months pregnant to make sure the meal that left their establish is correct. He got offended when a woman spoke to him apparently because I was not cursing or rude, I was aggravated at his lackluster response and rudeness. Then he followed up with “now I don’t want to help you” LOL!!! Okay. The older manager who is usually there would not tolerate that disrespect or unprofessional and we are highly disappointed because normally the staff is wonderful. Dakota needs to stop being so sensitive and emotional especially if he is supposed to be the manager. We ended up throwing the meal away. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog it was so disgusting. Check out the photo of the bbq chicken breast dinner (supposed to be tossed in bbq sauce) that looks like it has been in the desert drying up for a week with that sad ass loaded sweet potato. My 9 year old could cook a better meal and is more mature than over emotional DakOtA, who is snide and laughs at customers.

Nothin' but positives here! Came for the Wings which were on point, this coming from a Western NY-er. Go Bills!! El Torcho, hot, but nothin' crazy. Our experience on the service side was what it was because of Kristina. Kevin, the operatior/GM also stopped by to say hi, which we appreciated. Definitely a must anytime I'm visiting down here!

Fun place with great food and drinks. Lots of beer choices. Great burgers and triple decker club. Crispy crinke cut fries. Kids love the apps and kids menu.

Interesting and so disappointing. There should be a bar that women feel comfortable going to to drink and have appetizers. But clearly NOT HERE.
We had a great time until we were shushed by what seemed to be a manager bartender (older woman) At 4pm. We were served by one bartender (Nicole, around 2pm) who was great! She was attentive and patient for about 2 hours. And then another bartender came to the scene around 4pm to help. The place was dead and we were talking about football and many other things with other patrons and this new bartender came in and shushed us!!! Very interesting. It almost made it like it seemed like it was a hostile environment. She hovered. It made us feel like we were unwelcome. So we left.

Good food and big beer selection. The bar is too small. I have had pool sticks hit me on the back slide because there is no room in there.

Really love this place but my last visit left a really foul taste. Put simply, we ordered a big order of wings to share and half way through the meal we started finding trash chicken parts in our food, to the point where we got turned off the meal. Apparently they were grabbing handfuls out of a bin of chicken wings and not worrying overmuch about what else they were dropping in the fryer.

I get that mistakes happen, but when they do they should be handled properly, and not dismissed as "yeah, that happens sometimes, sorry." Basically, better luck next time. There was no attempt to make it right whatsoever.

If your kitchen is sending out trash in the food you have a kitchen problem, and if management doesn't recognize that, you have a management problem.

Please do better; I love your restaurant.

Food was absolutely delicious. I'd definitely recommend.
Service was "eh". I overheard the server speaking to her co worker about getting cut so that's probably why we never received our appetizer and the food took so long to come out. She was a sweet girl just... distracted.

What to do when the powers out. Run around town doing errands and get some chicken wings that I’ve been craving. We hit up Brass wing for some late night cravings. This review is a combo of the last few times we’ve been there. The service tonight was on point, way better than the last 2 times. Our waitress tonight was kind and helpful while previously rude. The atmosphere was fun with games available to play at the table. It was a bit quiet since it was so late. The fried pickles were basic but good. The calamari was meaty & lightly breaded but could have used some flavor. The best meal was the WINGS! Meaty and the right blend of spice and flavor. Worth checking out!

I hope the bite taken out before I even took the photo lets you know this was a tasty meal. My usual go to is the burgers but they are extremely under-seasoned but in this case it worked out perfectly. The au jus was not to salty and a good compliment to the roast beef. #3 all the way
