Very disappointed in open table. Been using you for many years. The restaurant was closed when we arrived. I had answered the usual “are you coming” email the previous day. Got there and then had to scramble for dinner before a show. Most disappointed because there is no way to reach customer service. I tried everything. Impossible. Your in a service business. Bad customer service

We throughly enjoyed our lunch of delicious appetizers - you get a lot for your money so we decided to stop at the appetizers! Cocktails were made to perfection - the only downfall to the West Palm Beach location was construction of a building across the street - we did choose to sit outdoors and decided it wasn't that bad at all! The service was spectacular! Make sure to stop in - you certainly won't be disappointed - my husband & I will definitely go back when we return next year for vacation ???

The ambiance and the aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. It started getting louder towards the end of our visit, but that could be blamed on the fact that it was starting to reach the dinner hour. Food was decent.

Went for a frozen Bellini with brunch. The blender was broken. Food was tasty. Has the really good lobster bisque and the steak salad.

Brio has a wide variety of food items on the menu, a pleasing, relaxing atmosphere and is convenient to the Kravis Center and the Convention Center.

We were seated at our table at the end of Happy Hour and the apparent rush to get the last drink orders in was quite noticeable as a dining guest. The bartenders were overwhelmed, and the waiter was not able to get the drink orders for about 10 minutes or more. The noise level was pretty intense until the bar cleared out. The dinner was very good, and the rest of the evening went fine. Since this was our first visit to this restaurant, it was not a great start. However, the food preparation made up for the shaky start. A suggestion would be to ask for a table removed from anywhere close to the bar.

was seated 30 minutes late and had a reservation. We were seated next to a party of 40 for a birthday which was odd they should of had their own room or corner of the restaurant or put outside they were way too loud and made our service horrible.

Do NOT patronize this restaurant, you will be wasting your time and money. We waited an hour to be seated even though we had made a reservation. Short-staffed, dry food, waitress submitted incorrect orders TWICE!! Three and a half hours later we escaped, never to return.
