Ordered the Ultimate Nachos w/Chicken and it was borderline inedible. Bland tortilla chips, unmelted cheese, what seemed like canned chicken, with a couple sliced peppers and queso plopped on top.

Stopped by for lunch on 11/2 with my friend to watch some football while grabbing food after learning our first choice for lunch was closed on Sundays. Kelly was a great server, no complaints there. I understand it was during a busy time so no complaint about having a little bit of a wait to be seated or to get the order. The traditional wings were fine but the boneless wings came out cold. You could tell the food was being prepared as quickly as possible without really worrying about the quality of the product coming out. Also $29.99 for 6 boneless, 6 traditional, a side of fries & coleslaw is pretty steep, especially to have cold food. I come from a market where Wingstop gives you 20 boneless wings that are much bigger for $18.99 and no tipping is even ask for or shown to the customer.

Me and my family were enjoying a night out we went to grab some dinner we went to the restaurant on okeechobee blvd because it was not to far and we can do some take out
we we to go to the takeout counter and we placed our order the amount of time to take down the order and get the order was very slow 🐌 then we got our food the food was greasy and the fries were cold and the food tasted like its been out too long it was stale i have had buffalo wild wing food for a long time I never had such horrible food I may not be back unless they fix the food and thier service

Buffalo wild wings is an okay place for game day. But realistically, there's much better sports bars offering much better food else where that aren't large corporations. I challenge everyone to find non large scale chain restaurants to spend their money. Outside that, the wing special on Tuesday and Thursday makes it barely reasonable enough to spend your money here. Good flavors, perhaps average to below average wings. Great customer service though.

We placed an order for 12 wings for immediate pickup and drove about five minutes from our hotel to the restaurant. Despite selecting the “ASAP” option, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes after arriving before our food was ready. That’s quite a long delay for such a simple order, and it would have been appreciated if the restaurant had offered a refund or some form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience.

Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings right before closing to place a Togo order, and Rachael, along with the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were super friendly and professional, recommended different sauces for me to try, and food came out hot and fresh. Really appreciated the great service! It’s always nice walking into an establishment knowing the people you’re dealing with enjoy what they do. Thanks again, Rachael. I'll definitely be back!

Good food bad service. Nobody ever pays attention to the takeout booth. I see employees look over but they don’t come help. On top of that the food is never ready when it’s supposed to be. I stood at the takeout booth for 20 minutes before anyone came to help or even greet me. French fries taste like cardboard.
