POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Placed an Uber eats order for fry chicken plantain and festival .i specifically added plantain and festival for my sides in the notes,
Upon receiving my order there was no plantain or festival.
I received rice , chicken with not an ounce of gravy.
When I called the restaurant to tell them that my order wasn’t correct ,
The lady on the phone told me there was nothing she can do, she didn’t have my order so she send what was there , and that the restaurant was busy so she couldn’t send a message to me let me know .
If I order something I deserve to get what I order that’s it or give me a refund or fix my order simple

The jerk chicken and pork are delicious, just always too spicy. Make the food so a wider clientele can enjoy it, unless you want to he known for spicy and are just catering to a specific set of individuals.

Wonderful food, great customer service, and a lovely atmosphere! I enjoyed coming here, and the food reminded me of my family's home cooking.
There were plenty of food options, and the food was fresh and delicious.
I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone craving a warm Jamaican atmosphere and great food.

I had a negative experience and assumed the staff did not care. However, I’m glad I called the following day and spoke to the manager he did make sure I was happy before hanging up and apologized for the negative experience. This is my favorite Caribbean restaurant ever since they were in the food towne plaza. Thank you for making it right
