I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the Burger King located at the West Palm Beach Service Plaza. After placing my order, I received a receipt which, as is common practice, had a promotional offer printed on the back: “Complete the survey and get a free Whopper” (subject to the usual conditions). This is a well-known, recurring promotion used by the chain to encourage customer feedback.
I followed the instructions, completed the survey sincerely, and received a validation code. However, upon returning to the counter to redeem the offer, I was curtly informed that “this location does not honor that promotion.” This is contradictory and unacceptable. If the establishment does not participate in the campaign, then why is it printing receipts with the promotion on the back?
This is either operational negligence or, at worst, borderline deceptive. Expecting a customer to spend time on a survey only to be summarily dismissed is a blatant disregard for their time and trust. It violates the most basic standard of customer respect.
This matter demands immediate attention. If the location is not part of the promotion, it should ensure that its point-of-sale system does not print promotional material it does not honor. Continuing to do so is a direct affront to the customer’s time, intelligence, and good faith.
I expect a response and a correction of this issue.

Holy cow, it's been a while since I felt like I needed to leave a review this bad. I ordered through the kiosk and they got 0% of our order right. This was after waiting 20 minutes for the food. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other restaurants.
Always have an attitude and never get orders right.

Bad service from the employees, they talk amongst themselves and you are left waiting until they finish their conversation, then they don't even say good morning, my order was not exactly what I asked for, that shows the lack of attention they place on the customer, especially a young man who was the only one among the women working that day, most likely I would not return to this place.

Possibly the most rude turnpike restaurant employee we have ever met. When ordering a whopper, was told they were out of whoppers, then ordered a chicken sandwich and was told out of that too. When asked for fries the lady said we are closed. Unreal.
Just run away from this place!
