Longest wait ever for a fast food restaurant, I waited 20 min & it wasn't even busy

This location has allot of young people working, I had to return portions of my order. The onion rings were not done, drinks were leaking and the person taking orders in the drive through may need additional training or was distracted. The good thing is they refunded the returned items with no problem. Also, the telephone listed on Google and on the receipt does not work.

Angela is so positive and nice to talk to in the morning! I got off work the other day and wasn’t feeling the best and Angela made my day with her positivity. She’s always respectful and kind. She’s quick with making food and always makes sure I have the extras like napkins and utensils I need.

Fix your sewage lift system the Obnoxious alarm has been going off for weeks. It’s also disgusting that you don’t seem to care to fix a sewage problem at your establishment that serves food!

The people who work here are not very friendly and like to argue a lot with the customers. The truth is that we are not prepared to serve the public. They lack manners. I hope someone can see this message and do something about it.

I strongly advise against visiting this location. The customer service was terrible, and the employees were extremely rude. When I asked for the price of an order that had been messed up, one employee started yelling through the intercom. I requested to speak with the manager and asked for the employee’s name, but everyone refused and continued to ignore me. The receipt shows the server as Rachel Guiliarte, who was one of the individuals who refused to address my concerns. I will never return to this location, and it’s clear why their reviews and ratings are so low. Even the phone doesn’t work.

They are rude and ghetto got upset because I came. To the window with code but the lady couldn’t hear me and told me to come up to the second window before I get even tell her I had a code the manager was rude about sauce and tried to charge me for the sauce and told me I didn’t have to comeback which I won’t be to not tho here they might do something to your food
