Part of my order was cold, the coke I ordered had ice when I asked for no ice, also it was out of syrup and to top it off I got no straw…… I won’t be back to this location. Oh I realized I ordered large and got medium. Not sure where the listening skills went.

Well @1030am.there was no smile but she took my order and there was a young lady in front of me waiting for her food she was up set how she was waiting for a long time like 39min. But the manger told me she was short handed but the manger need to pick up speed it just Rusty around the edges it can get better..

Took 20 min for food. Had to tell them 4 times I wanted hot coffee and they still asked if I wanted ice coffee. Ordered 6 sandwiches and only one was the right thing. Went back to have remade and still got it wrong. And food was so old and microwaved to death. I used to like going to this BK every year when in town but I won't go back

I ordered the onion fries, fries and whopper and they just gave me onion fries and whopper. They didn’t give me fries and that too large. I called them till half an hour still no response and I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru at 9:35 and still they messed up.

Super slow lobby close and I went to drive-thru thru noanswerjngering speaker! No customer and all car behind me left.

I don’t know why they opened this new Burger King if they never have anything in stock, and I mean never. I come here often to try to use coupons and they’re always out of fries or nuggets or chicken fries or onion rings, ALL THE TIME!!!!
