I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no service. I sent in and instead of getting service I got the staff asking the others who opened the door. It was 6AM. Horrible place.

We were picking up a drive thru order. The order took so long to get. We waited over 10 minutes to get our food. The service was very slow.

My favorite Burger King! You’re greeted as you walk in, the restaurant is clean, the team members are helpful and patient. Aaron, you run a tight ship, keep up the great work! Thank you Sarah for your kindness, display of customer service and cheerful attitude. You went above and beyond during our visit and gave our family a reminder of what proper customer service is all about.

There was no one int her restaurant when I walked in, no one at the front counter , no body eating and there were 2 cars in drive thru I had an interview today at 2pm two crew member seen me looking at me in my face and didn't say or acknowledge me until I kept staring so finally this girl asked me did I order? I said no I have an interview with the manager she didn't know what interview I was talking about . Another manager came from the back and said I cancelled all my interviews I had so maybe it was the other manager who is outside. After 10 minutes the girl came back with a note pad and paper and ask me to write my number down and ask if I had experience working ina restaurant I said yes she said where ? I said burger king and she handed note pad to me but I said no thank you. Totally unprofessional how you have an interview and never come out to speak or acknowledge the applicant. No thank you wouldn't even order food from here ... Maybe God spared me a BAD EXPERIENCE 🙏🏿🤷🏿‍♀️

9:55 pm ...dining room closes at 10 . I drive a tractor trailer... they're saying go through drive thru ...the trash employees that cause all these bad reviews don't change ... what's worse is the management that doesn't care

Just left there went through the drive-through the only one in the drive-through and I waited 17 minutes for a double cheeseburger unbelievable it’s called a drive-through for a reason you drive right through man there was no apology. There was nothing they need to get a better manager.

The demeanor of mainly the late night worker leaves much to be desired. Many times I have gone late night and He comes off a little rude. He is of darker skin with an accent. It’s a 24-hr spot and as I sat in the drive thru waiting to give him my order for about 15-20 mins nothing was said. He finally came out the back door looking at me with an angered/annoyed way and said( in a very rude tone) my system was down. Which he could have said through the speaker

I Dnt believe the system was down. I’m aware they say that just to avoid more work.

Avoid this place - it's not a normal BK. Under no circumstances, place an online (no-cancellation) order for pickup here. 3 cars in line when I pull up. 17 minutes until I'm able to place my order, another 25 minutes before I receive food. 42 minutes at a drive through is INTENTIONALLY slow. They're either high, disgruntled or both. I feel scammed.

So I ordered online they stuffed $40 of food in one bag couldn’t see if everything was in the bag because it was a lot and had guests behind me so I get home to find I’m missing an item. I let them know I want a refund for the missing item that they did not give me and they won’t. They have someone hiding at a desk typing responses and any leadership will not call or discuss anything they want to offer a coupon for next order. After seeing how poorly this was handled I will dispute with bank. But beware Burger King is struggling financially they can’t refund an item that they didn’t put in the bag.

This has to be the worst place…. They never want to work late nights… They hide out instead of taking orders…. I’m supposed to pick up my order at 5:16 and if you look at my screenshot I still haven’t gotten my order…. I’m posting this at 5:35am with only 2 cars in line and they are not busy…. This is going to be over 20mins and nothing…, This is ridiculous and some manager or corporate needs to step in…. Staff is very unprofessional…
