Bad app experience. App indicated my food was ready, but the cashier said no. When I got my food, I asked for ketchup. She said, "there's no ketchup". I thought she meant there's no ketchup on the food so I said "can I HAVE some ketchup?" She just said "there's no ketchup" like a robot. Not "I'm sorry we're out of ketchup" like it was a routine thing that there's no ketchup there. Not a single smile in that...

Love the atmosphere and the music inside plus the free Wi-Fi has very hot and amazing food great customer service, seems like a new staff glad that they are turning the store around as I visit very frequently
