It’s hard to find good service these days so I was pleasantly surprised when my food was hot and fresh and my cashier (Guadalupe ) was very helpful and friendly .

Slowest driver thru in the world
It's open 24 hours only 1 person is working at 12 am and same person taking orders and preparing the food and doing everything It took me 35 minutes to get a burger at driver thru, and that was only 3 cars in front of me, if you will not give proper service don't keep open this place 25 hours so customers can go to other places for food, im hungry and still waiting to order my food it's be 40 minutes

The drive thru menu clearly says the onion ring whopper is the 11.99 Meal special but yet the receipt shows 13.99. The fries are soggy with almost no salt and the burger wasn’t great either. The drive thru too forever with a truck getting multiple orders. Just an overall bad experience. No wonder I don’t go there anymore.

This is the slowest and worst Burger King anywhere !! The people are rude they are always out of stuff never have ice cream never have the frozen drinks you wait 5 minutes before anyone even talks to you through the drive through horrible Burger King horrible !!!
Placed order online went to location to pick up and they had no idea about my order. Had to show the order on my phone. It was a chaotic scene in there. Not sure what happened to this location and have seen a change in employees and management. This location went down hill In 3 weeks. Used to get breakfast here as well. Both orders were entirely wrong. For example I ordered plain chicken sandwich. What I got was a dilapidated chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. It had to be tossed. Same with the double plain cheese burger. What I got was a single cheese burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Had to toss this as well. There is a reason people dont want certain condiments they may be allergic. My co workers order also got messed up and had to toss this out as well. The only thing they did get right was the fries that were half full. I definitely would highly recommend Wawa’s or Wendy’s across the street. This location is not well cared for and doesn’t seem like a safe place. Avoid at all costs. Probably should not be eating fast food in general especially when there is better cleaner, safe environments in the same area. Waste of 20 dollars and a waste of my lunch time. Hope this location can get back on track with the right help. Also please fix your drive thru speaker as its screams at you. This way the next customer may have a better experience.
