Was in the drive through for 5 mins while the window was open hearing all 3 employees laughing in the front not communicating what is happening cause after all i thought this was FAST FOOD place now im told to go around the front of the building for 2 mins been here 3 mins now. This location needs better management and better hiring Practices. I will not be returning...

Rude and refused to take our order!!! 1/3/24 8:10am. Lights on and during business hours I pulled up to drive through and after waiting I was told they “were not taking orders”. I said I’m sorry I’m confused. Are you closed and they replied by saying no we’re not taking orders. I asked how can you be open but not taking orders and they refused to answer. I drove around out front and could clearly see people inside the building hiding behind the counter. What kind of a business are you running here?

What a disappointment. Order went through via app, however everything was closed 45 minutes before closing time and surprisingly an automated message keeps making it sound like a live person welcoming you and making you wait for 5 minutes without any response got me by surprise. It doesn't serve any purpose when the unit is closed, especially to hungry customers waiting for food.

This location needs a proper cleaning. Inside is filthy. All the tables were dirty, and when I say all, I mean all. The napkin holder was dusty, the soda machine need to clean, and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Just throw away the whole building.

Worst Burger King I ever been to they never have anything. They are always out of drinks, french fries and burgers you order something and they give you the wrong order and the food is always cold.
Just being honest here. The food was good like normal. Just had forever to wait for food. Maybe they were understaffed who knows but they trying hard give them more money. They deserve it.
