This store always messes up our order. One week missing French toast sticks. Another weekend I ordered a fully loaded sandwich and got an Waggner and cheese. I ordered today and missing my sandwich again.

The reason I gave this Burger King a one star is because multiple times I've come here for either breakfast or lunch and there can be nobody in the drive-thru are one car in the parking lot and they're always telling you give me a minute. Twice this week when I came here for breakfast I literally waited in the morning about 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru line one of them being just myself and the other time there was one car in front of me and that person had to wait. This Burger King sucks

I had a really upsetting experience at this Burger King. I was waiting in line to order, and the employee at the counter completely ignored me while she conducted what appeared to be a personal transaction — . It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shocking.

We stopped in this location on 7-30-25 around 7:30 p.m and we ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink and ordered fries with that. The guy put mayonnaise and we wanted mustard instead also light mustard,pickles the sandwiches where cold but the fries were hot because we asked for fresh fries and too much salt was put on the fries.my wife use to work at this location several years ago and she can make the sandwiches better than the guy they had working in the back,it took him three times to finally get it right,it should only one time if you look at the screen and read the order and make it right. We probably not visit this location 1577 again.
Initially upon getting there I thought the place was closed, there were no cars in the parking lot. Inside not one customer. I can see why. The young lady cashier was nice. The prices are listed on the board all wrong because there system is not updated. The prices have gone up significantly, and you can expect to pay 45-50 bucks for 3 combo meals which is insane. They don't even tell you that there prices haven't been updated, not even when cashing out!! BAD FOR BUSINESS! VERY SNEAKY. The food was good but the soda was flat.

This place sucks. I live across the street so I give it a try here and there. The breakfast is passable sometimes. Just asked for a plain double cheeseburger and a large fries, I got a large fries that were cold and tastes like cardboard, and a single cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I could have put a craft single from my fridge, put it on and it would have looked the same. This place sucks, go to the one on Okechobee.

This location is horrible. It doesn’t matter when you come the wait is at least 25/30 minutes for the food to taste like it’s just been sitting there for hours. I say shut it down and start over at this point. 0 stars absolutely garbage.

If I could give this location a 0 I would!! Tried to give the code from the Burger King app to the person at the window tonight May 17 at 10:15 PM.That person person could not get the code that the app gave me to work so she told me to come inside and then the door is locked.
I said through the little space between the door that the person at the window told me to come inside and then the lady told me I didn’t know the door was locked l!
Absolutely incredible! Now it’s 10 more cars in line! Stay away from this place. The service is horrible!!
