The military trail by community has become the burger King for my family again we went through horrible service for quite some time. Now they have a manager who changed it back into a real Burger King experience again . Thank you

Went to this location after months of going elsewhere, but felt to give them another chance to see if things improved. WRONG!!!! Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get to the speaker. AGAIN out of tomatoes, onions and FRIES!!!!!! How do you run out of items all the time??? Especially fries?!?! Fire everyone there and restructure. Hire better. Stop with the lazy sloppy employees constantly on their phones.
On another note on behalf of all of the American consumers those commercials with that off key guy singing… he needs to go

I made a mobile order got here 10 mins after I was supposed and keep this in mind not one other customer there besides me and I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins now and have been asked to pull up to wait on my food this is ridiculous do better berger king hire people that work please !!!!!!!! I ended up waiting 50 mins for my order I had to park and go inside while they cleared out the drive thru and wow I got a free small fries

I’ve tried making excuses for this establishment to myself after every visit, so far they are 5/5 for completely messing up my order. Whether it being breakfast or lunch, the entree or side has been completely wrong, even after the employee completely reads back my order to me. Just do better.

Ordered online. 2 cheeseburgers large fry and large coke. Get to the window and they have no coke or coke zero. The food they gave me was not what I ordered. I got 2 hamburgers and a medium fry that was cold and no salt. Do not go to this location. Just about all BKs are trash now.
When I went to Burger King this time I was pleasantly surprised there was a new manager! Now we actually might go there.

I just went to the drive-through and ordered a sandwich. It was made incorrectly. I went inside handed the sandwich to Ortiz the general manager, and he gave it to the gentleman to manipulate the same sandwich and add cheese, mustard and reconstruct the whole sandwich to make it right when I told him I would not appreciate that. Please make a new one. He decided to give me a refund. Thank you. However while I’m standing there waiting, there is water leaking from the air condition fence into the food prep area and the floor is floor is Very dirty. Are you riding?
