I’ve been sitting in the drive through now for 15 min. It took 10 minutes from the time I pulled up to the speaker to when the lady took my order. Then I pull up to the window and waited for 5 more minutes. This place is so slow. Do they have 1 person working in there??? I’m on a lunch break thinking I can get fast service at a fast food joint but no. But of course the franchise owners won’t do anything about it. I’ve heard this place was slow but I had no idea just how slow it really is. Are they growing the cows and slaughtering them out back while we wait???? Now I’ve been 20 min at the drive through. I pulled up at 12:38 PM AND IT IS NOW 12:58. This place is ridiculous. I wasted almost my whole break. This is the worst place ever.

Restaurant was nicely decorated for the Fourth of July, food was excellent and hot, and the gentleman who took my order at the counter today, was super friendly and attentive. I believe he was the manager. I've visited this location previously and was very unsatisfied with the customer service so this WAS AN IMPROVEMENT BY FAR! Keep up the good work!

Very bad service in the drive thru, there was a women with red hair asking for order not to sure if it was the manager.. she talk to me very rude and if you don’t answer what they are asking she put someone else to asked me again. Then she asked me to move back to second window and then to move to first window when your order is ready.. Bad services, no longer going back.

I pulled into the drive-thru and after a long (3-4 minute) wait was informed over the intercom that the take-out lane was no available. Okay, so I parked and went inside and ordered my usual - a large Diet Coke. I was handed a medium cup ... I asked the young man at the register about it and was told that they were using medium cups for large soda orders. Thinking that didn't sound right, I asked to speak with the manager. She confirmed that were now handing out medium cups when the customer orders a large. I confirmed with her that I was charged for a larger and that if had ordered a medium I would have paid less and been given the same cup. I jokingly ask her if that made sense to her and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said 'That's what we've been told to do'. She did offer to give me a free small cup to go with my medium - not understanding that the volume of soda wasn't the main issue. Please feel free to contact me to address this situation.

It's the worst location I've ever been to. Sadly, it's the closest to our house. They are always out of things, machines broken, no cups, no cheesy tots for weeks, no change in the drawer if you try to pay with cash. It's a mess. If you have to wait, they ask you to pull back and pull up to the window again to hide their slow service. And if there is a line, they have you wait in the parking lot. It's a regular thing. I've waited well over 15 minutes for 2 items in the recent past. I had to go in and all where my food was. Someone snatched out off the counter where it had been sitting and said, I'm sorry, I forgot. I have contacted the regional manager twice and was only told they are working on it. Whoever owns this location is absentee. They verbally bash the owner and say they make it hard for them to work. It's a combination of that and the employees. All they do is talk and fight in front of the guests. I've witnessed it multiple times. The place should be shut down, reorganized and reopened. I prefer to go an extra 4 miles to the next nearest location. It's just easier with better results. This location is a nightmare.
