I waited almost an hour before I gave up and just left. I ordered 1 burger…and 90% of the drinks were out. Good food but not worth it. No one was even out front so I could get a refund, no one answered when I called.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches and was very clear that I am allergic to cheese — I specifically said NO CHEESE. The gentleman who took my order assured me there would be no cheese.
I waited about 30 minutes for my food (and I had an event to get to), only to open both sandwiches and find cheese on them. With a food allergy, this isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a serious health concern.
I called the store to let them know, trying to be understanding because they were busy. Instead of an apology, I was told rather rudely that she was “95% sure” she made the order herself and that there was no cheese on it. I’m not sure how I could mistake cheese when I clearly stated I’m allergic.
Because I couldn’t turn back, I had to spend more money elsewhere just to eat safely. The lack of accountability and dismissive response was honestly more upsetting than the mistake itself.
Food allergies should always be taken seriously. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

I won't order online ever again. No one wants a burger and fries that have been sitting out for over 1.5 hours after paying $30.
I decided to place an order for delivery directly through BurgerFi’s website. My order was supposed to be delivered by 7:12. I called the store directly at 7:53 to get a status update, since the order tracker had been showing as ready for pickup for 20+ minutes. I was hung up on once, and the second time, I was answered rudely by one of the employees. I asked for a status and gave them my name. The employee could not tell me the status of my order. He said to call back after 2 hours of placing my order to request a cancellation. After 1 hour and 45 minutes (of placing the order), the order status was finally updated to show it was out for delivery. My order was delivered via DoorDash, but I was never notified of its arrival. Who knows how long the food had been sitting out there?
It seems this establishment doesn't have enough employees to handle both online and in-person orders. I never had this issue when placing an order in person at the kiosk or with an employee.

This place is going down hill. No wonder they closing down at other locations. Made the wrong order for me and refused to remake it correct. Also the new chicken is inedible. Better service from McDonald’s.

I had the pleasure of having Jas as my waitress and she was so phenomenal. Her customer service is the absolute best I’ve had in the rosemary area. When things were hard she kept a great composure, great professionalism, and kept the customers up to date on their incoming orders. She was so kind, and so thoughtful and this is my first time going there as of today. If this is where she wants to be she truly deserves a manager position. Other than that keep being who you are Jas.

The staff are absolutely amazing, caring, and kind. Yes, this location may have issues, but when the drink machine wasn't working, the staff were pretty quick to take care of things with a bottle and were amazingly kind about, even with other absolutely rude customers around. The dining area is clean, bright, and a great place to hang out for a moment.

The restrooms were not clean sadly, and there were only 1/2 of the beverages available from the machine.

Both drink machines were broken. They knew this when we ordered but didn't tell us. The food was delivered cold. We had to clean the table before we could eat, so this place is a fail for me.
