C.R. Chicks (Village Blvd.)

I am not a meat lover, but this place has a rotisserie chicken dangerously tasty, the place is clean and friendly…I am not sure what to think or how to feel with a little situation I just experienced, I just get 30 minutes break, so I took advantage of one of CR Chicks delivery offers online “DoorDash, “ I ordered a ¼ Chicken Dark 2 Sides for $8.75 Plus a Chocolate Banana Cream for $3.99 total for this order without the delivery $12.74.
Their fees for delivery are $3.99 Delivery fee, $2.25 Fees & Estimated Tax, plus driver tip, I paid a total including a delivery service $21.98… I received just the meal not the pie, when I called the store to let them know I spoke to Matt, He told me he was the owner, and his advice was you need to dispute with DoorDash the pie was in the bag if the driver took it its not our fault, dispute it with DoorDash. "I am in awe"
I think when a restaurant owner doesn't take accountability and blame others for problems instead of taking ownership t indicates poor decision-making, Accountability is important for restaurant owners it helps them be responsive and successful. When ordering from DoorDash, the business is done directly with the restaurant owner not the restaurant customer…

Absolutely the best food that I have had in years. the atmosphere was pleasent, the staff could have not been better. I believe that I am forever in love with this place.

Great Primavera linguini, great smokey... smoked chicken w/ ziti in a creamy tomato sauce and the Mac and cheese was not enough cheese in it, too dry. But the rice and beans were great and the chocolate chip cookies were delish! Thank you guys for a great first time experience. We have recommended you to family that lives in the area.

Generally I enjoy all the items at CR Chick's, but yesterday I was disappointed. They raised the prices on their chocolate chip cookies from $1.79 to $2.19 each. I understand some of the costs have gone up, but a .40 cents increase on a cookie seems like a lot to me. I probably would have not even wrote this if they raised the to $1.99 each. Even when we don't eat lunch there, we sometimes stop by just for a few cookies. 3 cookies that used to be $5.75 with tax, are now $7.03 with tax. I hate to say it, but I guess we will not be going there very often and not anymore for cookies.

They have thugs and drug dealers working at this location. Clyron Lloyd one of the employees was on a vandalism spree and was caught on camera!! I was a repeated customer of this place with my family! I have never met this guy and still couldn’t tell you how this guy looks someone else had to identify him as her ex boyfriend on a security camera from there neighbor hood!! The supervisor was extremely nasty when I was with the detective asking did the guy worked there he said we don’t know any don’t call us and repeatedly hung up us! Which after he committed these crimes he went to work! He also lied and told detectives he wasn’t there!!

Yummy, hot food at dinner time. Got a Smokey. Surprised no one else was here! Food was served with a smile. So they do a ton right. But…it was weird that they had Christian radio playing. Not everyone is a Christian and that’s a fact I’m sure they know. I don’t like when businesses advertise their politics or religious beliefs. For those who are all “Yay, Jesus!”, awesome. But for those with different beliefs, it feels tone deaf.
