I've been dining at this restaurant/club every Friday or Saturday evening for the past eight years, and it continues to exceed expectations. The cuisine is always exceptional, thanks to the dedication and talent of the owners, Sal and Joyce & their staff. The service is consistently top-notch—warm, attentive, and professional. The entertainment is outstanding every time, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. We are always treated with the highest level of care and hospitality. Truly a gem!
Such a fun place to dine, the piano bar with Ray is the best time ever!! We love the menu and service, my favorite place for a unforgettable evening..
Absolutely Fabulous! Charles, the bartender was amazing! Very attentive, friendly and efficient. Music was spectacular! Food was delicious! Perfect evening!
Took my parents here and we loved it! We dined in the piano room and were blown away by the talented entertainment. We had so much fun!! Thank you Cafe Centro!!
Been to Cafe Centro many times, but always in the east room. This was my first time in the west room. Mother's Day dinner, during the evening that featured a jazz trio. Thoroughly enjoyable. Music was outstanding. The space is even better than the east side, with its fashionable bar and wall decor. Food was great. My wife and I will spend more future time in the west space.
Such a fun place to eat at on a Friday eve!! Food was fabulous and the entertainment was electric!
I love this place, the food is incredible, the Motown is awesome , ambiance nice but a little too crowded where we were seated. Otherwise my favorite place! ❤️
An amazing time, everything from the entertainment, the service, the food, the ambiance and even the other patrons sitting near by were fantastic. We really enjoyed the night and our server Seth was the best!! Can't wait to return.
We always enjoy our evening at Cafe Centro and especially listening to the Copeland Davis trio. Our meals are always wonderful.
Wonderful atmosphere and the band at the Piano Bar were fabulous! We then went across to the opposite room where they had a 83rd birthday event, which we were welcomed to join and then danced the night away I highly recommend Cafe Centro and will be back there again as soon as I can

Pasta was mushy. It was made at the beginning of the night and was not made fresh for each order. 👎🏻
Very disappointed, had not bern in a year, was looking forward to it. Sadly started with Valet charge then he didn't have change. Was seated 5-10 minutes no water, no waiter to say hello, we had to go ask the host to find a waiter. Mediocre service after that...
Piano Bar such a fun place. Atmosphere is lively and decor lovely. Don't miss the Puff Bread- It adds to the experience. Excellent drinks, wine and food. Duck is outstanding. Plus our group had 2 different pasta dishes which were excellent. The three piece band and singer were very good but a little loud for conversation. They have various types of music so not always the same. There is a separate dining room if you don't want to be close to music or have children. Our waiter and servers were very gracious and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys music and outstanding food and service.
A perfect evening. First the incomparable Copeland Davis Trio. What a dream group. Dinner was lovely and delicious. Great table service. Love this place.
Editing my original review. As I said when the reservation was made I was not made aware there would be a prix fixe menu. No price was published. I was not informed there was an additional cover for the show. My meal came to $239.29 and I really thought that was for the food and performance. Apparently it was just for the food for 2, a can of ginger ale , 1 glass of wine and a bottled water. I forgave the mediocre food when I thought the price included the show. But today I discovered they added another charge in addition- $166. I wasn't informed prior. No prices were posted. No one told me when I called the restaurant prior to arriving. I called today feeling there must have been an error - surely. They told me no it wasn't. To be clear Cafe Centro is a pleasant little venue and there are fewer and fewer places to see good cabaret performances. But this experience has left a very bad taste. I feel I was taken advantage of and cannot recommend Cafe Centro. Original review: We made our reservation not realizing that that evening they were going to have Dawn Derow singing Eydie Gormé. We had just expected some piano music. What a delightful surprise. She was EXCELLENT and it was a wonderful night. But no one explained prior that there were additional charges for the performance and that we should have arrived between 6 and 7 because the show started at 8. We had a 7:45 pm reservation that was accepted. OpenTable said a credit card was needed pre arrival but no way to do it through OpenTable so we called the restaurant to give it, No one explained anything. Just that there was a special performance that evening. As I said it was a wonderful night but the pasta dish was a mass of soggy overcooked pasta and the chicken was dry. I am sure because we arrived so late. It wasn't likely indicative of their usual fare. We would certainly go back again. The show, wine and table service was certainly worth the $200 tab. I just wish we had known before we arrived.
