I'm not one to do reviews but this one deserves it, the worst service I've ever received in my life, the girls work unhappy and angry, never see a bad costumer service like that before,

Grab a great meal here the other day for about $10 with a combination of chicken and pork, rice and beans and boiled plantains. Everything was delicious. Service was top notch. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dining area is super clean and they have delicious looking pastries too. Great churros stand outside where you can get sugar churros or stuffed with dulce de leche.

Ordered a big order for rice and yuca for New Years and once we opened it, it made our whole event smell like foul food. Our event was indoors. Food was opened within a couple hours once picked up. The food was still warm when we opened it but Definitely not "freshly made". Probably made a week before and reheated before being given to us. We've ordered here for years and never had an issue until now. Staff and cafeteria manager are extremely rude. Like next level Rude. Treat you like you know nothing & they know it all. This food smells like it's a week oldWe paid about $300 for rice and yuca that were not edible. Never coming here again. And would highly NOT recommend. Take your money elsewhere. I'm not one who usually leaves reviews, but this was infuriating since it ruined our event & was a waste of money and food.

This particular store has the most unpleasant cashier along with the front desk personnel. I Visited the store on 1/21/22 around 2pm and had the unfortunate experience of going to register #2 where the cashier declined to tell me what item ranged up a certain price. Then she began to tell me to go to the front desk for help because she could not help me. As I walked away she started to yell at me to come back that she would help me . By that time I was closer to what I thought was customer service counter. Well the short pony tail lady there was even worse in customer service. I asked her was there a manager she said no. I then asked her for her name. This rude unprofessional, unethical No manner customer service person/cashier told me she don't need to give me her name and walked away. I can't believe that this store at Gun Club and Military has no management on site nor has properly trained their staff. I took the store survey where it states someone will reach out by e-mail. Well that has not happened. So I assume the staff only act as their leader does. No care about how customers feel about their store. Maybe the President, Secretary or Vice President should look into this store!!!

It's a middle of the road "Spanish" grocery store, bigger and better compared to it's closest competitor. The fish market looks great, I'll have to try the fish and give this place another review.
