A bit more patience and customer service plus hospitality would make my visit a 5 star experience. Employees seemed frustrated and visibly so cause i was the only one in there

If OZZY BATISTA still owns an operates the store, it's a great place to go and eat and even sit down once in awhile - if there's a chair or two available. He is a very nice man, I've known him for over 10 years. He may not remember me because I'm one of those guys "if you see me you know who I am" though you may not know me by name. I'm sure he trains his own staff because they're all very consistent. The store is clean, the self-serve freezer is well stocked, the counters, the service area plastic food shields, the machines - everything is clean. I've never seen anything dripping on the floor or garbage on the floor, even in the customer area. I used to live in Century Village almost right around the corner and went there all the time. Now I live about 3 mi. away down Haverhill Road and I'm trying to contact the store. The number is not taking calls, but I needed to FAX Ozzie something and I don't see a FAX number. I wanted to ask him about donating a small 3 to 5 person ice cream cake to celebrate the nurses at the free clinic where I am forced to go because I cannot afford to pay for health care. It Is Wednesday night December 18th at 8:51 p.m. I'll try again tomorrow Thursday December 18th in the morning, before the lunch crowd. I hope I can get in touch with Ozzy - Even if he's not able to donate and deliver a small cake three miles south down Haverhill Road, I wanted to say hello and remember myself to him. This ice cream shop has been my favorite since I was 8 and I am now 44 and it's still kicking! It has different kinds of soft served ice creams and a line of incredible scoops to choose from! Thier ice cream cakes are AMAZING! Great for EVERY occasion! You can sample as many flavors as you want until you reach your taste spot and devour an amazing treat!
Smells like piss, and they kicked us out while we were eating our ice cream because it was closing time. Rude "things" working there!! Don't give them your business. I'll never come back!!!

I have been coming here for years, but I’ve seen this place go for a really nice ice cream shop to the worst that I have seen but I kept on coming because I have a love for ice cream but tonight was the last straw. There was a young lady who came and ordered ice cream in front of me and was told that they couldn’t do that, they couldn’t serve her the manager on duty worsen the situation with her attitude because the server teenager care less about customer service as of tonight. I will no longer visit this facility The place is dirty smells funny. There’s ice cream all over the place they don’t clean up the tables are sticky. The toppings areas toppings are mixed they use the same spoons to give you toppings on your ice cream, not taking in consideration what if someone’s allergic to something, the place looks like it hasn’t been clean in weeks and the smell of dirty mop. Water is so pungent that it’s incredible. customer service zero cleanness zero the worst of the worst and I feel bad for the owner who put their money and hard work into this place because it’s really going down the drain .

I have been coming to the same carvel for all my life, (this store) but now I will never return because of the young lady who says she is the manager. Every week the service and behavior is worse and worse. Today I walked out without even purchasing anything. I asked for a small soft serve vanilla cone with chocolate chips( same thing I get all time). She said we don’t do that, I informed her that I get the same thing all the time and she proceeded to come towards me and berate me, raising her voice and rolling her eyes at me. I had to walk out & will never step foot inside. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism. Some advice for the young lady, never approach a veteran in such an aggressive manner

Although customer service is nice, the cost of ice cream is way overpriced. I tried the coconut and pistachios flavors and was very dissapoined with lack of flavor. The coconut ice cream was creamy, however, it tasted like vanilla ice cream with some toasted coconut sprinkled in it. I suspected that Carvel changed their ice cream recipes.
I was also disappointed that the establishment was not clean. For example, the tables were not cleaned and had residue of spilled melted ice cream, and the floors were not swept.
The ice cream is excellent.
