This place is definitely the most unclean and stinky retail location of any chain I've ever visited and I have lived in major cities like Chicago. I think I would rather eat from a bus stop than here again. My wife got sick from the sundae she ate and I do not doubt it was likely caused by the lack of hygiene at this location. Will be making a complaint with the local food safety authority.

Hair in ice cream disgusting March 10 @3:00pm I went to get ice cream I got vanilla fudge crunch and hot fudge and I took a bite and looked down and saw a long piece of hair that belonged to Shiny this is ridiculous never going back.

I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson's 2nd birthday. My wife and I live in N.J., and we were coming to Florida for our grandson's 2nd birthday. I called this establishment while back home and spoke to Ozzy. He was amazing. He told me to email him a picture of what I wanted on the cake and that he would take care of it. As you can see by the pictures I posted, he did a fantastic job. The cake was the usual Carvel chocolate/ vanilla with crunch. Who doesn't love Carvel? I was initially hesitant because there were, for whatever reason, negative reviews . After speaking to Ozzy on the phone, I had to give him the benefit of the doubt. If there is one thing that I have learned, it is that an establishment can have 2.0 stars and another one 4.5. The ratings don't always matter. I've been to many 4.5-star restaurants, and they were terrible. I've also tried many 2+ star restaurants, and they have been excellent. The bottom line is to give the restaurants a try regardless of the reviews. If you don't enjoy it, then never go back. There are certain circumstances that I would not try a restaurant regardless of how many star ratings they have. Read the reviews and then decide. You would be surprised at what some restaurants would do for great reviews . Good Luck

I'm really disappointed with the customer service here. The staff didn't even greet us when we entered, and despite waving at them while on the phone, there was no acknowledgment. Plus, having to pay for each topping without a clear explanation when questioned left me feeling frustrated. Paying $20 for three ice cream cups without a proper greeting or explanation is unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment. 11/27/23

This location smells like sewage. Very unappetizing. Couldn't eat inside due to the stench. Makes me concerned about the cleanliness in the back. Will try another Carvel location next time. Unfortunate, as I live around the corner. Staff person was excellent.

I came in tonight, Wednesday, 15NOV23 to purchase 2 Sundaes. The 3 young lady employees provided outstanding customer service to all who entered. A male customer was rude and obnoxious as he began to "demand" extra free toppings that he was not willing to pay for stating that someone named Ozzie always gave him free extra toppings. The same customer was threatening to report one of the employees to management.As a Mother & Grandmother, I am appalled of the manner in which grown people behave in public. If the young ladies had been my relative, I would have had to step in because the man repeatedly attempted to harass the young lady waiting on me. The reason in which I am writing this lengthy review is because someone needs to stand up for our younger generations when others harass them and threatened their employment and our younger generations have much more adversity to deal with then this Baby Boomer did back in the days.Much respect to the employees for keeping their composure within a hostile work environment.

Walked in at 9:25pm asked for chocolate milkshake! They told me no! there not making milkshakes because there about to close! They close at 10pm! There employees are lazy shouldn't be working there if they don't want to do there job!
