I have been coming here for years, but I’ve seen this place go for a really nice ice cream shop to the worst that I have seen but I kept on coming because I have a love for ice cream but tonight was the last straw. There was a young lady who came and ordered ice cream in front of me and was told that they couldn’t do that, they couldn’t serve her the manager on duty worsen the situation with her attitude because the server teenager care less about customer service as of tonight. I will no longer visit this facility The place is dirty smells funny. There’s ice cream all over the place they don’t clean up the tables are sticky. The toppings areas toppings are mixed they use the same spoons to give you toppings on your ice cream, not taking in consideration what if someone’s allergic to something, the place looks like it hasn’t been clean in weeks and the smell of dirty mop. Water is so pungent that it’s incredible. customer service zero cleanness zero the worst of the worst and I feel bad for the owner who put their money and hard work into this place because it’s really going down the drain .

I have been coming to the same carvel for all my life, (this store) but now I will never return because of the young lady who says she is the manager. Every week the service and behavior is worse and worse. Today I walked out without even purchasing anything. I asked for a small soft serve vanilla cone with chocolate chips( same thing I get all time). She said we don’t do that, I informed her that I get the same thing all the time and she proceeded to come towards me and berate me, raising her voice and rolling her eyes at me. I had to walk out & will never step foot inside. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism. Some advice for the young lady, never approach a veteran in such an aggressive manner

Although customer service is nice, the cost of ice cream is way overpriced. I tried the coconut and pistachios flavors and was very dissapoined with lack of flavor. The coconut ice cream was creamy, however, it tasted like vanilla ice cream with some toasted coconut sprinkled in it. I suspected that Carvel changed their ice cream recipes.
I was also disappointed that the establishment was not clean. For example, the tables were not cleaned and had residue of spilled melted ice cream, and the floors were not swept.

I've been coming here for years, I'd bring my son here after school and we got to know the owner, Ozzy. Since moving out of the area we don't come as often. And good thing, the place seems to gone down here. The place isn't as clean. there is a guy, who looks Indian, working and he is taking every ice cream and literally dipping it in the toppings. I'm sorry but if someone has a food allergy and he is doing that, that's a hell of a lawsuit! My husband is allergic to nuts and after he dipped the ice cream into the topping, there was a nut piece in it. Luckily for him I didn't flip out. But seriously this place is no longer good. I will not be coming back to a place where death could happen to my family. Sorry Ozzy.

Worst Carvel location I have ever been to. I asked for a vanilla chocolate dipped cone and the guy behind there was stirring the metal can of liquid chocolate said there's nothing wrong with it when I asked. The tin can had jagged metal edges. He dipped the cone and it was dripping watery all over the place including ON his hand. Dipped it a second time and wanted to hand it to me after it dripped all over his hand while he was still holding it.That is not a dipped cone I said. Other employee came by who may have been a manager (Who was coughing out in the open the entire time) said it was the fat and the chocolate which was emulsified in the can and they needed to keep stirring it. Gross. I asked for a plain vanilla cone with sprinkles instead. I couldn't enjoy the taste of it because the smell of mildew inside this location was so pungent I don't see how people can eat in there and not get sick. Very dirty looking inside as well. Never again.

And There was six people working and the girl refused to help me while my friend was being taken care of. I’m not one to leave a bad review but that was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting ice cream

This place is definitely the most unclean and stinky retail location of any chain I've ever visited and I have lived in major cities like Chicago. I think I would rather eat from a bus stop than here again. My wife got sick from the sundae she ate and I do not doubt it was likely caused by the lack of hygiene at this location. Will be making a complaint with the local food safety authority.

Hair in ice cream disgusting March 10 @3:00pm I went to get ice cream I got vanilla fudge crunch and hot fudge and I took a bite and looked down and saw a long piece of hair that belonged to Shiny this is ridiculous never going back.
