Paid $13 for a breakfast wrap that was incorrectly made. Went inside and was told by the person at the front that for sure there is in fact avocado and cheddar cheese in there. Took the wrap apart, please show me where there is smashed avocado or cheddar cheese. Speaking to your customer as if you’re some sort of high power individual isn’t going to get you far. Perhaps take a course in customer service. Refused to make the wrap over again. Good luck with your business.

Food is always great! Service is not. I’ve been here many times but never did an online order. They have it tucked away so if you don’t know where it is no one will ask you why you’re waiting patiently after walking in, they just ignore you completely. I had to interrupt and say l was picking up my order and then they pointed to shelf close to the kitchen but in a corner facing away from entrance. A bit annoyed l was waiting so long had someone acknowledge me without me having to interrupt l could’ve been in and out as planned.
