Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Charleys always has the best steaks with cheese. It's definitely my favorite place to eat cheese steak. The toppings is always fresh and delicious. They also have wings with the best sauce I always enjoy with it. Thank you guys so much

The lady at the register would get orders correct if she get off the damn phone! Whispering and messing up orders! I’ll just buy wings from the Walmart deli! Bone in don’t even sound like boneless!

Worste Charleys I've ever had, pickles where mushy, and the whole sandwich was soggy and greesey. Never going back

This location is FILTHY.
Cooperate should really come and inspect. The workers are RUDE, they don’t explain the menu correctly and are nasty.

The wings are so tiny that doesn’t reflect the value. Workers are nice , made new ones but not any different, sorry to say. Won’t be back here

I ordered from Uber eats. This establishment did not follow the food order and they over charged me. When I went back on Uber eats the promotion for what i ordered had mysteriously disappeared. But the receipt was there with the special instructions on what not to put on my food. I called the establishment immediately. He seemed not care he told me to contact Uber eats and to order the food again, they will fix it but there’s no delivery driver there. I asked for no onions, tomatoes, or peppers as I’m allergic to them.

Food is great and the Manager was extremely pleasant to deal with, was very adamant on helping and making sure everything was taken Big shout out to the manager,

They need to wear hairnets because there are complications with food contamination. Customer service was friendly. Keep dining area, more clean and tidy. Food was ok.

Honestly only leaving this review for Travesha (I hope that's how her name is spelled). She is an exceptional employee. I honestly thought she was the manager. She's the cashier, she's quality assurance (because both times I've been the cooks got EVERYONE'S ORDER WRONG even though she put in everyone's order correct). She is an amazing employee and truly the only reason we've been back.

Nice people, great food, find the steak a lil on the salty side, but what I learned is, you can order it without salt lol,wasn't aware of that. Overall for me, definitely a five star experience there. Btw...their milkshakes are fantastic.....ps....don't tell my doctor

After shopping at Walmart I was hungry so me and my friend when into Charley’s to get something to eat the cashier was awesome after my friend order I was skeptical to buy anything I couldn’t make up my mind so the cashier offered to help me and wow she have the best personality as a customer service person travisha is a people person she make me enjoy our meal ? thank you continue smiling
