Perfect experience! I normally go to the Wellington location but came here today on the way back from downtown west Palm beach and was so happy. I got a chicken bites and fries box with a small coke for under $6. My kids love the spicy seasoned fries. The 2 Haitian guys working (sun oct 5 1:20 pm) were so friendly and pleasant.

Went thru drive thru and the machine is crappy, its not a real person and it never gets the order right. Get to drive thru and they tell us to drive to other side.. Mind you there is 2 other people here getting food. We been here for 20 min. This is absurd, I hate coming to this checkers.. not that these reviews do anything cause nothing changes.. but still that's my 2 cents.

Absolutely Despicable. I never been to a fast food restaurant so poorly managed. it makes me want to stop eating fast food which I am going to. I spent over $40 on food for the fam and everything was slopped together poorly wrapped and COLD as a dead fish. I asked for a refund and was given a hard time by the manager. until he finally refunded my money. This idiot threatened to call the cops on me for calling him a terrible manager and for stating no one wants cold old food. Slopped together. I was treated Horribly. Never eating at that location or any other For a long time.
Had a mini wait, Jason an employee, made it worth while. Would come back to this spot with this type of staff.

Me and my boyfriend visited the drive-through on Friday. We received old burgers with a fake ass customer service smile. This place continues to get worse and passes people out old food. Shame on you!
