Messed up my order multiple times and waste of money at times. Either new management or get rid of the store.

Terrible experience in this place since it was my first time in this Restaurant, no one offered to help me, they simply ignored the customer, when I received my order it was disappointing, the fries were too hard and in very bad condition, as well as the rest of the things what I asked for, I do not recommend this place at all!

Very speedy service and sweet employees!
We were in the area today and decided to grab some Chick-fil-A since it wasn’t Sunday. The drive-thru was wrapped around the entire building and super busy, so we were hesitant at first. Instead, we ordered through the app while parked. Once inside, we found a table and placed our order through the app. Amazingly, our food was on the table in less than five minutes!
The customer service was outstanding. One team member brought our drinks, another brought our food shortly after, and then Trace stopped by to check if we needed anything and even refilled our drinks. It’s experiences like this that make Chick-fil-A stand out. Big thanks to the team, especially Trace, for making our visit so memorable!

I visited Chick-fil-A this morning with my child to get her breakfast before school. We literally sat in the line for 25 minutes and when we did get our food, it was cold and the service was very mediocre with no happy Chick-fil-A greeting. Please do better Chick-fil-A because this was very disappointing!

Worst Visit to Chick-fil-A
I’ve had many visits to Chick-fil-A, but this was by far the worst experience. Let me start by saying that the drive-thru seems to have first priority. It felt like they completed 10 drive-thru orders for every 1 person in the lobby. I arrived at 7:30 with my daughter, watched several cars and other customers come in, and receive their food before us. At 7:45, I asked again about our order, only to be told, “Oh, you didn’t get your food yet?” I couldn’t believe they didn’t notice us still waiting. I asked for a refund and was told my ticket was on the counter. It was incredibly frustrating. This is the worst location I’ve ever visited, with the worst customer service. My family and I will never return to this location again.
