Came for breakfast, Megan was the sweetest when taking my order. Her Kindness made my day

Ordered delivery. The driver sends me a picture of the delivery. I have no idea where he delivered it but not to me. Tried calling. They do not answer the phone from 12 to 2 pm. I will never get a meal from them again.

Wasn't even crowded food temperature was unacceptable at least couldv been warm I ordered two meals a classic chicken sandwich and a deluxe both sandwiches were cold when it came to fries one box was hot and fresh but it had mostly crumbly broken waffle fry pieces while the other box of fries were cold and tasted horrible and old I'm very dissatisfied 3 disappointed at chic fil a I didn't expect that of them I was hungry after work and drove a couple miles to reach I'm not going back McDonald's around the corner at least it's cheaper for the same crappy food fyi this was $30 worth of crap

What's not to say about this place. Delish, fast, fresh, great service, polite always a pleasure. I wish you Chick-fil-A trainers could all could be hired to teach the DMV across FL. That would be a hoot!

Got home, opened my order and notice that the large fries we ordered was only filled at the bottom, leaving to container fully empty. Basically received and empty large fry container.

Food was somewhat below average. Chicken pieces were small (but well cooked), while fries were under-cooked and used some low quality potatoes. It's not bad compared to other chains, but it's below CFA average.

The staff was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I have not eaten at CFA for probably a year and was a little shocked at the prices. Almost $9 for 12 pics of grilled chicken. That is my only complaint.

The worst Chic-fil-a location I have ever gone to. Bought with the app and waited 20+ minutes before going inside to retrieve my meal and waiting another 8 minutes. If you cannot handle the volume, stop taking orders. I will never go to this location ever again. Poorest customer service in a Chic-fil-a. A line of cars down the strip mall and at least 3 members of management sitting in the lobby, holding a meeting? Taking a break? Who knows, but not helping customers. Gives a real impression they care not for the customers, only the dollars they spend.
