Not a good experience. I wont return to this location. Im a disabled vet but to get a military discount here you have to walk inside. It took forever I mean forever to get two salads and the portions will leave my stomach growling. While I sat and waited I was able to watch a young male worker eating fries. He was randomly grabbing them while sipping on his drink and also trying to help with orders. Also observed a female possibly a manager eating her food at the same counter that customer orders were being prepared. I only gave it to two stars because the young lady that was helping me kept apologizing about the wait. Cant wait until the one in Lake Park reopens!

I love CFA but I do not like the service I had received. I placed a mobile order since 2:40pm. It is about to be 4:20pm I still haven’t gotten my food . I am not pleased and not happy . I am highly disappointed. CFA do better please
They were out of Diet Frosty Lemonade. This has started to become a normal thing, it's like McDonald's with the ice cream machine "broken" now.

Recently visited as it’s the closest to my house. Second time I come that i order a milkshake and they take over 30 mins to make. The food comes our first and i ask about the shake and i am told it would come right out. 15 mins later nothing i go to the front and stand in front of the register with my receipt. Few of the workers passed by me didnt even bother to look at me or ask if i needed anything. I stop the cashier in the middle of the order with another customer and asked is that my shake back there that i’ve been waiting for over 30 mins and she said i dont know, another worker says yea thats it but didnt hand it. The cashier had to stop and grab it. Like I get this is a fast food place but people here are usually nice, if you don’t like your job then go somewhere. Cuddos to the cashier for smiling and working twice as hard

I can’t believe I’m writing a 1 star review for a chicfila, home of the best service but I sadly and angrily have to say today was the worst fast food experience I’ve had let alone chicfila. As we all know, as good as chicfila is, the lines can be traffic inducing for the surrounding businesses. Today they had 2 men directing traffic, I noticed the car ahead of me had room behind it for me to follow suit, but the traffic attendant had other ideas, he physically hit my car with his hand to stop me “let me do my job.” I was simply trying to get my car out of the way of the traffic and into the chicfila lot. I’ll never come to this location again, I know it doesn’t matter me saying that, as most only come to voice their frustrations but I’m genuinely shocked and disappointed by today’s interaction. To John the parking attendant that hit my car, hope you have the day you deserve.

Walked up to Chick-fil-A and was told that the lobby was closed we were able to order outside but while we wait this is what we see in the closed lobby.
