Good morning, April 13, 2024 . I went to place an order for three . The name was under “TJ” . Pulling up to the window all I see is kids doing whatever they want . Playing loud music , making jokes , and not being attentive to their surroundings . We finally pulled to the window and they asked for the name . Which again , I said the name was under “Tj” everyone then says “ohhh we gave the wrong order to someone , he’s an scammer “ so okay cool I brushed that off because at the end of the day I paid already…so the food would still have to be made . My wait was a little over 20 mins and finally I received my food . Once it was in my hand the order was repeated to me , as I’m receiving.I checked the bag because it’s always necessary for me . I’m missing a whole extra meal . I go to the window again and explain to them how I’ve been waiting , had the ordered repeated to me, and still don’t have all of my items . I asked can I please get the other sandwich meal that was missing . They go and say that they closed everything down … bruh I paid and been waiting .I don’t know where a manager was in this case and I wasn’t trying to make a scene but this is ridiculous.

I loved it, the food based on chicken was delicious but the fries in mallita are crazy, the ranch sauce wow, the Chick Fil A sauce is indescribable, the place is very relaxing.

My drive thru visit was very bad, there’s two lanes witch most people don’t use unless one lane is full, now if you came first and been in line waiting for someone to take your order and some at the end of the lane desire to take the other lane regardless if you can first, they are taking the last person in line, it’s very frustrating and not fair, while I was waiting on, I notice thru the windows around 6 workers including a Manager all chatting and having fun, because there’s no customers inside…? You need a secret shopper to go and perform a review frequently, I am sure that happened to others.
