Ordered two salads and sandwich with a gluten free bun on their mobile app. Waited an excruciatingly long time once we got there. Got our order, drive away. Looked in bag: NO salad dressing, NO cheese on the salads that's supposed to have cheese, NO gluten free bun. No bun of any kind. Just a container with the chicken. What a joke.

After a few mishaps with my order and an employee continuously forgetting to bring what we ordered, Twayne stepped in, solve the issue within less than a minute with a big smile on his face.

Newly remodeled! The inside is great and the drivethru now has 3 lanes, including one dedicated for mobile pickup. Still a very tight plaza and there will be backups, and as a pedestrian you need to navigate all 3 lanes to get inside. But it's a nice update overall.

I love CFA, but this specific store has some weird number linked to it so you can’t call the store. It goes to some lady’s voicemail. If you order uber eats, be careful cause they probably won’t get your order, then there’s no way to call them. Had to wait over an hour just to get a call from the delivery driver saying the restaurant never received an order.

Today was such a pleasant surprise! While dining with my two Littles, Janet had the pleasure of being our cashier. From the moment I was greeted, she was very personable. At the end of paying, she offered to help take my drinks as she saw my hands were full with both kids. She also help me set up our table while we waited for our food and in the meantime, we exchanged a few words about motherhood and she then went about her shift. Some time passed and she randomly showed to our table with a small flower arrangement and told me it’s was because I’m doing a great job as mom and honestly, I held back the tears but inside I was SOBBING! As a mother, it’s nice to see there’s still a “village” and for me, her assistance meant everything as I have been doing this with NO village. My husband is my village. This truly meant so much and I know it’s a memory I’ll engrave for a lifetime. Janet, I’m sure that besides a great employee, you’re a phenomenal mother too! Your employer and children are lucky to have you! The world needs more of you.

If you order with a person and do not have a menu in front of you and they offer different options that are not part of the package meal and you have to pay extra they should let you know. The bun they gave me, gluten free was hard as a rock and I paid $2.00 for a piece of concrete.

No complaints on the food, the speed was great, especially since we had a large group (our order was around $130). We had very minor issue, like a drink for the kids, a coke, nothing worrisome. Our biggest disappointment was the kids play area, we love when they have the full on play place, this one has a small enclosed area with an electronic game on the wall, not enough for the kids to take out some energy, but enough to entertain momentarily. I did make an additional order from the table, through the app, it came out very quickly, the app is one of the best things from the franchise.

I know I know This is going to sound crazy but I'm allergic to chicken. So I came for breakfast. They have a breakfast sausage which I thought has to be good because everybody loves going to Chick-fil-A for their food. I think the sausage might have been the only thing that was good. I was halfway done and my sandwich had to centigraded in my hands and had fallen apart. It's probably the last breakfast sandwich I'll do at Chick-fil-A. Enjoy your chicken people

It’s unbelievable how they’ve turned this Chick fil A around. The drive thru is now the most efficient I’ve ever seen. Even with it completely full when we arrived, we placed our order and had our food in hand within about ten minutes before driving off.

We attended on 12/16/2025. Considering this location re-open recently, I expected more. First, our food order came out wrong. They forgot things that we clearly ordered and then proceeded to tell us they “misunderstood” us after reading back the entire order and confirming. They did not apologize, instead they just tried to fix their mistakes quickly. When we went up the second time with a second employee for a dessert order, that order again was wrong. They double charged us and we ended up paying for food that we never even got. The only kind part of our experience was a blonde girl who was cleaning the floor, that stopped what she was doing to help us once we looked frustrated. The staff needs retrained, I’ve never met a more confused group of young women before. The manager looked lost, and not once did she offer any sort of help to the employees that were working. I understand that it is the holidays and that this location gets busy, but there should be no excuse for bad service. Also none of the workers that we came in contact with said “my pleasure “. I’ve never even worked at Chick-fil-A and I know that they’re supposed to say that. When the workers made two mistakes that were their fault, they did not try to make things right with the customer rather, they recharged us and made us wait in line to re-purchase missing items. This is unacceptable. We spent over $70, needless to say, we will not be back, especially to this location. Chick-fil-A, DO BETTER.

I came at 10:37am after my lab test appointment. It’s my first time at Chick Fill A, I also downloaded the app based on a recommendation from my friend. I wanted the chicken minis and hash brown and they told me that it was already lunch time. Lunch time started at 10:30am so, they couldn’t make a costumer happy because of those 7 min pass. I don’t understand what kind of costumer service was that.
