Your Van driver just pushed his/her way into the right turn lane in front of me at the home depot light exit next to your establishment. I had to push on my brakes and let him n to avoid a collision.

Absolute Disaster – Chick-fil-A Has Gone Downhill

I don’t know why people keep hyping up Chick-fil-A, but my latest visit was an absolute joke. First, I wasted my time in their ridiculously long line, thinking maybe—just maybe—the food would be worth it. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

After handing over $14.28 (which is robbery for fast food), I received a completely wrong order from head to toe. Not a single item was correct. It’s almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to screw it up. The food I did get was cold, stale, and borderline inedible—a total waste of money.

Then, I figured I’d at least voice my frustration through their survey, but guess what? It doesn’t even work. No matter how many times I enter the stupid serial number, it’s an error every single time.

This location is a glaring wake-up call for Chick-fil-A corporate. It’s clear they’ve either stopped caring or have zero quality control in place. The service, the accuracy, the food—it’s all a mess. I honestly don’t know what’s worse: the overpriced garbage they serve, the broken-ass survey, or the fact that I actually expected something decent.

Never again.

Great way to handle the drive thru traffic. They moved very quickly and effortlessly, and we got our food in a timely manner. The chicken cool wrap was delicious!

I have been coming to the Chick-fil-A for years. It’s always in my favorites, but recently just passed year I noticed a decline of active employees. Although they do get work done don’t get me wrong I just feel like they move a bit too slow and lack multitasking skills which I feel that you need to have in a busy setting like Chick-fil-A. My advice is to pay attention to more of the carry out or maybe that one person to cater to that or make it a priority as well. Because we just want to get it an go and I understand there’s others but there’s enough of employees standing around. 90% of the time there should always be at least one person taking care of carry out.

Deducting one star because the Russian accent woman stresses us out when my kids play here. She constantly comes to the table trying to throw away the trays of food still visibly full of food because the toddlers keep running back and forth. If I walk in there with a drink for a micro second to talk to my kids reminding them to play kind she yells at you for bringing in drinks. The African American woman there in the day is phenomenal. Interacts with all the kids, asks if you need a high chair, refills, my toddler son ran into the corner of the chair and she was the only one who asked if he was ok while he hysterically cried in pain and she ran back with a bag of ice. The woman is gold!

Failed Failed Failed. Catering app ordering is broken. The food was not ready for pickup on time. Questioned the validity of my order by manager even after showing online order history. Instead making it a priority, I stooped around for 45 minutes and then was asked again to show online order receipt. Boo Chick Fil A, you should shoot a commercial using this. What a joke!
