I got the Cachapa with ham and cheese and my husband got an arepa with pork and cheese. Both were very delicious and came with lots of filling! The lady at the counter was very sweet. We’ll definitely be back!

I can't get enough of those meat and cheese arepas. She closes at around 3, so you gotta catch them early. Is she a little gruff? yes. is her english spectacular? no. but its serviceable and one of those steaming hot calorie bombs with that yellow spicy sauce is some rarified comfort food. the arepas are fluffy but still give some crisp, the meat portions are generous. treat yourself.

The worst place to go to buy food, the attention of the cashier today, Saturday, 12/10/2024, was the worst, an unpleasant tone since I arrived, "If you don't call me, you'll just stand there waiting," verbatim words... to make matters worse, I'll go back because he was missing an order and he repeated the order I asked for twice and yet when I got to the counter, the lady with an attitude, but calm down, that will be fixed and on top of that she charged me for the missing order... I left her money in the counter if not before telling him that his tone and way of speaking to customers is very disrespectful. $40 for 4 empanadas, an arepa and two passion fruit juices... I think they robbed me without a gun but I won't go back to that place again, nor do I recommend it.
Don't rush, I ordered some chicks with potatoes and they took more than an hour, the nuggets are pure potatoes.

Their website lies. Waited for over an hour to have breakfast here instead of at the start of my journey. The lady at the counter was nice enough, but the item I wanted (and is listed on the website) was not on the menu there. What they had looked good, but didn't order anything after all.

Lousy. We ordered a cachapa and they made it Oven and it passed, it was stiff!! Also very thin. We also ordered a cheese empanada and it was terrible. The dough was very thick, little cheese and it tasted like oil!!! ?

The Cuban woman who works here seems like she doesn't feel like working, she is a very unpleasant lady, she serves you very poorly, she says that the order is going to take a while and she gives you attitude. They should replace this lady with someone who even wants to work. I will never return to this place

I used to be a regular customer of Chikita's, in both establishments, but until today I decided to be one! I called ordering empanadas, they told me after much rebuttal that they would fry them, I drove 20 minutes, when I arrived I was served by a rude Cuban woman and she said that she literally didn't want to fry them because she still had empanadas there without selling... some dipped in oil, cold that Surely it didn't sell in the morning when I went at 2pm, which wasn't even the flavor I wanted... I'm not asking for the free empanadas, and at the price they sell them I'm not going to take the cold and unpleasant empanadas you have there You haven't sold in 5 hours! Very rude and unpleasant! I have always wanted to support my people here in the USA but don't abuse them!!!
