Chikitas is a true treasure of Venezuelan gastronomy. I tried their hallacas and was impressed. The flavor was exquisite and the hallacas were perfectly done. The empanadas, especially the pavilion ones, are some of the best I have ever eaten, very well prepared and with a good amount of filling (the pavilion is just right). Without a doubt, it is a place that I would recommend to any lover of Venezuelan food. A delicious experience that I will definitely repeat!
Well food was great eat some tequeños and empanadas but really the place and the gas station need some cleaning to do I was walking around the gas station and you can even feel the dirt when you walk and the rest have some chairs they are not using but they are almost in the middle of the place you order making it harder to talk when you order,so a good clean to the rest and the gas station will said more about the place.
I ate a few months ago the most delicious empana de pabellon ever! OMG! Let’s see; first the shredded beef was super soft and tasty. Second, the plantains gave it just the right amount of sweetness. Next, they mixed in a soft, very tasty white cheese with the black beans (which were beautifully seasoned)! Every single component was seasoned to perfection!
