Chili's Grill & Bar

My family and I ate dinner at Chili's. When we entered the restaurant we were not greeted. An employee looked up from his phone and counted us and collected up menus for us. He then began walking to our table, but I wasn't sure whether he was going to prepare something or leading us to our table. Initially he did not say anything. When he saw we weren't following him he then spoke up and said, "follow me." We were seated at our table and one of the chairs had something sticky on the seat. We swapped it with an unused chair from a nearby table. The experience turned up after we settled in at our table. Our server, Daniel, was friendly and did a great job. He kept up with our drink refills and gave good menu suggestions. He was friendly and professional. The food was good. I had the Oldtimer hamburger which has always been good when I have eaten at Chilis. I also had french fries with it and they were good. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. She liked them. We enjoyed our food. The experience started out a little less than good, but once we ordered and received our food we enjoyed the meal.

Burger: One of the worst burger I've had. Chard, extremely dry, identical in appearance to a hockey puck, difficult and unpleasant to eat. 0/10. TERRIBLE Picture too graphic to share. 🤢
Shrimp Pasta: Not cooked properly. No seasoning, Rubbery. The Temu of Shrimp

Cheese fries: Always a go to favorite. 10/10 The Star of the meal.
Pasta (not the shrimp included): Tasted great.

I won't be ordering from this location and will take a long break from Chili's all together. Not worth it. Seeking Therapy.

Disappointing. I give kudos to our waiter who was excellent and tried hard to make our experience a positive one. Management/ leadership on the other hand was nowhere in sight when we had an issue with an order. Ordered a soup but the soup requested had changed - perhaps a new recipe (now creamy cheese based). So a request for a different meal/ or change in the soup and salad combination was made. No service recovery. The kitchen told our waiter it was too late by the time we asked and could not be done. No changes allowed. Surprised no manager or leader made an attempt to resolve the issue. Spent about $100 so I was rather surprised that they would not try to compromise with the customer. Will be taking my business and going to another chilis in the future.

Oh sweet jeebus, where do I start? My newly found wife was begging on her knees to go to chilis because of TikTok….so we went.

She was frothing at the mouth for the mozza sticks so we ordered that, the slider and I got one of their burger. The mozza stickies weren’t bad and the sliders were pretty good but my burger was just absolutely below mid. Not happy and I will be back to try more.

We were a little upset about so we went down the road to the Ferrari dealership to look at how we can make better financial decisions instead of wasting it on mid burgers.

Not only that but these Ferraris are actually in our budget since we are becoming Miami gurus soon. Stay tuned and follow for more.

Carlos was amazing! Great service all around!

Service is great and the place is very clean. Appetizers came out quick and were hot and tasty! The molten chocolate cake was delicious!
