The most horrible hostess or seating people who worked on Saturday evening 2-22. She was the most awful restaurant representative. She was rude and.nasty. Lady who served us was the most pleasant person. She was humble and very nice

The app to order was a little slow, but it worked out fine, with a few glitches. The service was quick and very pleasant. Boy, did the food hit the spot as we're in the middle of a 4+hr delay due to weather along the East Coast!

Update: Our meal lasted us through our 7.5hr delay, 2.5hr flight, and home at 3am. Thx Chilis!

30 minutes never got our food. Waitress came over 10 mins after we ordered online via the QR code/app on the table. 10 minute wait for the our drinks. They were out of one of the drinks so she substituted a cheaper and smaller size. We asked if our food would be out soon and she disappeared. We paid the bill and left without being fed because we were going to be late for boarding. Unfortunately I tipped before we decided we couldn’t wait any longer.

The waitstaff is amazing! The food is OK. The order system requiring use of online menu is user unfriendly and a user experience fail. I just spent a lot of time entering an order but could not place it because prior customer did not close it out. I fly into PBI often and I used to stop in at Chili’s in the terminal for a meal, now I eat after leaving the airport. I have had three bad experiences with it in one year. Three strikes and HSM Host is out.

UPDATE: THOUGHT I’D SEE IF YOU FIXED THE PROBLEM, BUT THE APP IS STILL NOT WORKING. MY WIFE TRIED 3 TIMES AND THE (SLOW AS MOLASSES) BARTENDER HAD TO ENTER IT.

YOU HAVE TO GET RID OF THE APP ORDERING!!! It’s terrible, takes twice as long to order and isn’t working most of the time.

The bartender was great and felt bad for us, apologizing profusely for the glitches. Salad was great.

Rude customer service. Waited 5 mins to ask if we could get a seat. Older gray hair lady just stared at us then said no. When I asked how long it would be she said and I quote “I don’t know, that’s your problem not mine”

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have never seen such awful people.

If you are looking for a good margarita, you are wasting your money at Chili's. I learned their margaritas only have 1/2 ounce of tequila and a shot was only 1 ounce. Typically, a shot is 1.5 oz. and is less expensive than a margarita bc a shot contains less product and labor is greatly reduced. Not so at this location. A 1 oz. shot of Patron tequila was more expensive than their Patron margarita which tasted like lemonade with lots of sugar.

Conswala was very mean and inconsiderate. Other employees were very accommodating. No traditional waiter/waitress everything by QR code poor customer service.

This was a really good chilis location. Great service and the food was very good! The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly. Great value!

Saddest chicken sandwich I have ever had. I dont think there was 2 oz of chicken in that tiny 1/4 inch hard flat piece in sandwich bread that dwarfed the checken. Server was very nice and helpful but I wont be coming here when I fly out of wear palm beach.
