Let me say that I generally love Chipotle. This location is a complete let-down. It is immediately apparent to anyone who stops by that the management and employees are bottom of the barrel. The employees were shouting at each other and acting as if serving customers was a huge inconvenience. Additionally, the employees had an extremely poor attitude toward myself and the other customers in line before me. Finally, the interior of the dining area was nasty. I don't know if a single person had ever been over to service the area with the fountain drinks and utensils. All of the lemonades and teas were empty, trash was all over, and my shoes were sticking to the floor.

I recently just visit this chipotle location, and it was one of the worst chipotle I ever visited. Customer service is horrible ZERO out of 10. everything they do is rush!!!!

I had a frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered a steak bowl with double meat, but the portions I received were noticeably smaller than expected, even for the extra scoop I paid for. Meanwhile, another customer with a similar order received much larger portions and was only charged for a single serving.

What made this even worse was how I felt during the interaction. The way I was treated left me feeling singled out and embarrassed, as though I wasn’t valued as a customer. As someone who is Spanish and part of the LGBTQ+ community, I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated unfairly.

To top it off, it was only 8:30 PM, and they were already out of guacamole. This added to the overall disappointment. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to ensure that all customers are treated equally and that basic menu items are consistently available.

To start, I love chipotle but I have my food sitting in front of me after walking in and ordering, my MEAT (steak) is absolutely freezing after being “cooked fresh” I’m confused at that but anyway, whoever runs this specific location needs to make sure they inform their employees that cold meat causes people to actually get sick so just be careful at this location.

This is the toughest chipotle, parking, space in restaurant, traffic etc. But they always get the order right. 7/10

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Let me start by saying I have been to several chipotles, but this one right here needs new management or corporate to come in. The last 3 times I have been to this location, I have waited about 30 minutes in line. It would be fine to wait if they were actually helping other people, but for about 10 minutes each time there is no one standing there helping anyone. Then the line builds up and they send one person to come make the food. Once you get up to order, they are out of a lot of things, any other chipotle I have been to they already have more of it cooked up and ready to serve. Not this location, if they are out of something you want you just don't get it, they wouldn't even let me wait. The customer service is beyond me, I have never been treated like this when I am about to purchase something. Specifically the one short girl that works the register. The last two times my boyfriend and I were charged more than our meals were. When addressing it, she got overly rude and aggressive towards what she was doing and wouldn't even look at us or apologize. This place is complete chaos and I wouldn't give them a single penny. I have never been so disappointed in customer service, and I have never seen anything like this. Biggest waste of money.
