Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would give this place a 3, but there's plenty of times when i order that my food is super salty. It makes it unpleasant to eat. I think some employees could care less how your food taste. Some of them have bad customer service practices. Not my favorite location.

Service is horrible . You have people working who don’t even want to work . They are not polite throw your food on the bowl and barely putting food in the bowl. They look at you like you crazy . You need to get better staff !!!

This is the second time i had an issue with this chipotle. Y’all need to do better on a serious note! Every time i come pick up my food that was ordered online why am i always getting the wrong order? I feel like at this point it’s on purpose and right before they close too. No one ever answers the phone just a mess!

Worst chipotle ever… grill looks like it ain’t been cleaned since they open, customer service is non existent, barley speak English AND we went on Saturday night, Sunday morning about 1 am my husband was puking and shitting at the same time we won’t EVER go back, following up Sunday night the same thing was happening to me and we both got STEAK bowls I have no idea what these people putting in the food or doing but we won’t ever go back better off going to Moes by the mall😮‍💨👋

Went to pick up food today. I probably had to ask for my food from 4 different people before getting it. I asked loudly multiple times if the grapefruit soda was in the bag, didn't see it when I looked so I said I was going to grab one. Two women came charging after me and ripped my bag apart to find the soda to the point I had to carry my food with both hands out of the door. Completely unprofessional and chaotic, this place needs a management overhaul.

The people who work here have a very bad attitude. They are not willing to help. The environment is very uncomfortable. The food is very wasteful. What an uncomfortable place. They speak in another language, Creole, so that one doesn't understand, and they make fun of you and turn a deaf ear, from the manager to everyone. What a bad experience. I won't go back. It's very dirty. It's the worst thing about Chipotle. They should review the franchise.

Smaller chipotle’s make good food. The others make fair food.

Food was excellent and healthy. Servers were talking a bit much so they could work on their customer service skills. It was also way too cold in store.

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for its tasty food, and this visit was no exception—the burrito bowl was good. However, the experience was disappointing for a few reasons. First, the restaurant was dirty, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the dining area. What made it worse was the unfriendly staff. I’ve had better service at other locations, but here, the employees didn’t seem to care much about making customers feel welcome.Hopefully, they can improve the cleanliness and customer service at this location.

I was not greeted or waited on when I walked up. It took a minute before someone acknowledged me. Most of the food items were low the person had to get food from another area behind the register. I've been to cleaner and better chipotle's. Do better!

Went up to the counter just now, smiled and said hello. The lady behind the counter just gave me a dirty look amd didn't respond. I turned around and left.
