ROGER MONTEJO DO BETTER!

I recently visited your Chipotle location and had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to report. I went in to order a kids’ bowl for my friend’s son. Since I had never ordered one before, I politely asked the employee how it worked. He told me I could choose three sides. I specifically asked if guacamole could be one of them, and he said yes.

I selected rice, chicken, and guacamole. At the register, my total came to $9.00, even though your online menu showed the kids’ meal at $5.70. I asked why and was told guacamole is extra. I calmly explained that I had asked about guacamole earlier and was told it was included.

At this point, the manager, Roger Montejo, came over. Without making eye contact or putting his phone down, he simply said, “It’s extra.” His tone was dismissive, and he offered no apology or clarification. I decided to leave without completing the purchase. As I turned back to confirm the manager’s name, I witnessed him and his employees laughing at me.

This was not just poor service — it was humiliating. A manager should model professionalism and use moments like this to train staff, not mock customers. Instead, I was embarrassed in front of other guests and left feeling disrespected.

I strongly believe this behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand. I’m requesting that Chipotle address this incident seriously. A manager who dismisses a customer, stays on his phone, and laughs at guests with his team is not representing your company’s values

By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to get food. Staff does not know what’s going on. I waited in line to be told they barely had anything to eat. Place looks dirty. At checkout I waited for over 15min to cash out. No one acknowledge I was standing there to pay. I just walked out. I have never experienced this with chipotle before. I will not be coming back to this location and I advised everyone to go else where. Shoutout to Chipotle at the Palm Beach Lakes Blvd location for getting me right because this location obviously SUCKS! Hire better employees.

This Chipotle had no corn and still wanted to charge me full price without offering any kind of substitution. That’s ridiculous. Why should customers pay the same when you can’t even provide the ingredients on the menu? Total rip-off and horrible management.

Customer service so bad. I didn't want rice so I asked for extra lettuce and the person gave me just a tiny bit and made a face to me like she was going to kill me, and the food was dry and not good.

Walked in to order and staff were having arguments in front of a line of people. Everyone working behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A female staff was walking around doing nothing but talking to a guy who wasn’t an employee. She left garbage cans out and was going back and forth between those and the register. Every single table was dirty! The floors had food debris everywhere. Hopefully we don’t get sick!

I have lived by this location for years and try to avoid it. Not sure if its management or what but the place always looks a mess. The staff never speaks with you, only with the other staff and this past time they were out of half of the items. The lady doing the toppings was miserable and just didnt care to be there. We enjoy Chipotle but I will not give money to this location anymore. They need an undercover boss episode here. Someone needs to make some changes.

Dirty and disgusting. Dirty food rags are in the food. They don’t practice food safety and they are rude. Especially the location at 7000 okeechobee road worst staff and manager ever. Bunch of rude people who treat the customers like garbage. Always out of stuff.

I ordered 2 bowls. I asked for large ice cup from the window. She said she wants to charge me and when I asked how much she didn’t know. I never got charged for large ice cup at the drive thru so I left.
