This was my home Chipotle. Food is generally great. Terrible service. Last time I went, I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru… at 9pm… on a Tuesday… in early August. Not the first time my circle has experienced this here, either. I don’t know what’s going on, but this location needs to get their act together. Will be expecting my money back and going somewhere else since it’s pretty clear customer experience is simply not a priority here anymore.

I visited here on June 23rd at 8:50 pm. My food ticket has the name Fabiola on it so I'm assuming he is the man that took my order. I am on oxygen and was gasping for air by the time I got inside the restaurant. It was obvious to anyone looking that I needed to catch my breath and needed a few minutes. The man behind the counter ( Fabiola ) taking orders immediately asked me if he could help me. I asked him to give me a minute to catch my breath (while still trying to recoup)....

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for its tasty food, and this visit was no exception—the burrito bowl was good. However, the experience was disappointing for a few reasons. First, the restaurant was dirty, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the dining area. What made it worse was the unfriendly staff. I’ve had better service at other locations, but here, the employees didn’t seem to care much about making customers feel welcome.Hopefully, they can improve the cleanliness...
