I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for its tasty food, and this visit was no exception—the burrito bowl was good. However, the experience was disappointing for a few reasons. First, the restaurant was dirty, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the dining area. What made it worse was the unfriendly staff. I’ve had better service at other locations, but here, the employees didn’t seem to care much about making customers feel welcome.Hopefully, they can improve the cleanliness...

I was not greeted or waited on when I walked up. It took a minute before someone acknowledged me. Most of the food items were low the person had to get food from another area behind the register. I've been to cleaner and better chipotle's. Do better!

The manager was very nice and kind, and he also honored the BOGO deal when my wife couldn't do it online.

The girl that ewe serving our food was a little stingy with the portions and my wife asked for someone else to serve. that's abiut the only negative but overall good
