Chuckee cheese is soo fun, but they lack Associates later in the evening. Hard to get help.
I also feel that there should be someone at the from stamping & checking until they close!. Kind of unsettling how they don't care at night

Perfect for a rainy day or kids out of school. The pizza is actually really good. They always have specials and my kids love it for an hour or 2.

Arrived an hour after opening time. Place is clean. Games are fun! Pizza is good. However trampoline has a height requirement, which I didn't see on the website. My 11 yr old wasn't allowed.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Not worth the headache and frustration. I’m not exactly sure why a party host is included with the package. I booked a double party for 18 kids. I arrived 15 minutes before the party to a table that was set up with only 10 plates and 3 cups. The rest of the table ware was sitting in a box on the floor. Frantic, my mom and me rushed to set up the rest of the table while 3 party hosts sat at an empty table nearby and watched. My party host never introduced herself. When it was time to eat, pizza was just brought out and thrown on our table. My mom and another guest helped me serve the kids pizza and drinks. I ordered additional pizza for the adults. I was never told it was brought out. It was placed it in a corner booth near a group of people that were not even with our party. In between pizza and cake, I cleaned the empty plates and pizza dishes off the table. Luckily, I brought a lighter for the candles. Our host couldn’t get hers to work and made no effort to find another one. Mistakenly, I did bring a small cooler with beverages for the adults. I read over the FAQs of what was not allowed during birthday parties. No where did it state alcohol was not permitted. I was more than happy to take the cooler out of the facility without the cunningly unappreciated nasty tone of the staff. Knowing that they serve beer, we offered to buy it from the facility instead. We were denied. In all honesty, an adult should be able to enjoy a beer in the midst of 4 chaotic birthday parties going on at the same time. None of our guests were impressed and stated they wouldn’t come back with their kids.

You can take your child to have fun for a while. It's good, there's a variety of games... And food, there's pizza and chiken wings, fries, and others. Greetings

I recently attended a birthday party at this Chuck E. Cheese location, and I wanted to share my experience. When I first arrived, it appeared somewhat busy, though not due to a crowd, but rather because there seemed to be only one person managing the front. Later, when I went to get a beverage, no one was there initially, but throughout the event, it became clear that one person, Tobias, was handling almost everything.
Tobias not only took our order and (i believe) prepared the food, but he also played the role of Chuck E. Cheese, engaged wonderfully with the kids, and was incredibly proactive, pleasant, and overall amazing. His level of service truly stood out, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. It felt like he was running the entire party by himself, yet he did so seamlessly.
Because of TOBIAS, I will definitely return to this location. I just wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service he provided and say thank you!
I must add; Although there was a manager on duty, she wasn’t stationed at the front, and it didn’t feel like she was overseeing things, even though she was present.
In fact, whenever Tobias had to step away, she was nowhere to be found. Despite this, Tobias handled everything so well that it felt like he was the one running the place.

The services absolutely terrible. I was waiting in line to get socks, the lady at the counter ask me what I wanted. I pointed her to the customer in front of me. She took her, but there was ap problem with her coupons. At that point they had two people trying to help her.
After about five minutes of waiting, the lady (who knew I was there) took a customer that came after me.
My kid was starting to cry for waiting in the line ( it was longer than five minutes)
I was already upset and you know how kids get. I mean it is a kids place.
Anytime my my daughter uses the trampoline she is pushed and jumped over. Do the workers do anything about that? No. As soon as someone doesn't pay, because using a trampoline for a couple of minutes isn't worth 12 bucks, that is when they come. Weird how that happens... the only rule they care about is socks...
BTW the lady watching the trampoline was in her phone most of the time.
It really socks because if you don't pay they are on you like a hawk, but forget all the other rules they are supposed to be enforcing.

I give this a 3 star only because I went for a kids birthday party and when chunky came out for the kid and a photo session, other kids photo bomb and their parents just stood there, even the party attendant didn’t help prevent it and it’s hard to get someone kids out of your photo.
