Churrasco Fusion is a must-try spot for delicious food and friendly service. This family-owned restaurant offers the most authentic Hispanic cuisine, with food sourced fresh from local farms. The carne asada with black beans, rice, and plantains was amazing, while the enchiladas, shrimp taco, carnitas taco, and steak tips also received high praise. The handmade tortillas, a rare find, added an extra touch to the meal. Customers loved the micheladas with Tajin on the rim, and the entrees like chicken, steak, and shrimp with spicy sauce were all top-notch. Despite a heavy hand with cilantro in the ceviche, the overall experience was fantastic. The steak and plantains were cooked perfectly, and the unique black bean sauce was a surprising highlight. This restaurant is definitely the real deal and is worth a return visit!
