While the staff was friendly, one employee was on her cell phone and talking to a friend during a busy time, which was seen as unprofessional. Another staff member provided excellent help and even gave a massage to a customer with back problems while waiting for their order. The store is small and busy, making the experience sometimes chaotic, especially when redeeming rewards or ordering drinks like the frozen cold brew, which was enjoyed despite some delays.
