Cinnabon

I grew up in New Jersey so I this on a daily. now I live in Florida and came to shop at tanger outlets . Anyway we went in and the girl working had her earpiece in and was on her cell phone talking to her friend having a full-blown conversation and it’s busy. This is at the Tanger outlets on a Sunday Thanksgiving weekend. And she’s on her cell phone if the manager sees us you need to have a talk with your employee.

Had a coupon through an email. When I got there, they wouldn’t accept it and I had to download their app. Hard time downloading.

Today was my first experience at a Cinnabon and it was phenomenal! The black girl who worked today was amazing help, I even told her about my line of work that gives me back problems and she flat out gave me a massage while I waited for my food.

Good food but they made me order on line to use my coupon so i was tricked into paying a service fee.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience while visiting the food is always fresh the people are always nice and courteous love

Recommended dishes: Cinnabon Classic Cinnapack

Hugely disappointing. We tried classic cinnamon rolls, and minis. Both tasted a bit stale, dry, not as good as Cinnabon in years past. We threw them away.

Recently visited this location and had the pleasure of interacting with Judith! She was so polite and friendly. She made my first experience at your location a very pleasant one. Thank you Judith <3

Done I'm done with poor service bad attitudes and over priced products

Edwin the manager, treated me with such a disrespectful attitude. I’ve never in my life been treated like this before. Edwin was trying to argue with me after I asked if they could add some icing on my Cinnabon. I’m aware it’s $1.59 extra for the little container but I didn’t want that. All I asked was if they could add a little bit because they looked dry. And he started arguing with me in such a horrible way. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Hope this is his last day there. Edwin the manager. Disgusting never again coming here if he’s still the manager.
