The food was outstanding. We had branzone and chicken schnitzel. The cocktails were very tasty as well. Their menu is extremely good. At least five entrees I would've ordered. We went on a Saturday before a show at the Kravis and the place was packed. Good thing we had reservations. Nice atmosphere as well.
Pleasantly surprised as first time diner here... lobster pasta dish was delicious... had it as a shared app along with Brussel sprouts and crispy calamari. All good. Had salmon and Branzino for mains... very good. Dessert.. crème brûlée was delish. Waiter was attentive and so was manager who seemed to be on top of everything. Very nice dinner all around.
Kevin got his birthday cream. So thanks for that. But 3 of my drinks came half full with the biggest ice cube know to man. One sip and it was down the hatch. Highly recommend!
City Cellars at City Place is an outstanding restaurant. Food and service was excellent in a lovely atmosphere
We had a great experience. Great atmosphere, great food and great service. Would definitely go back
One of the best servers we have ever had at City Cellar! Jeff was outstanding, so personable, friendly, attentive , professional and gave great menu suggestions. It was Easter brunch and he didn't rush us at all. Food was really good and cocktails were up to par! Thanks Jeff, see you soon at the bar !
Had brunch. The pasta was great. The omelet wasn't seasoned enough. But the waitress was great.
We enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. My only. critique was my wife requested a different sauce for her gnocchi as she does not like alfredo sauce. The dish came with a cheese sauce... Not what we had in mind. My skirt steak although very good was overly salted. The waitress was very attentive throughout the meal.
The foot was excellent, and the wines by the glass extensive. Very loud space inside, maybe just lots of families with kids, but outdoor space was mildly quieter. Service was a bit inattentive, wrong wine brought, etc., but as I said, food was really good!
JL, or Johnie Lee, our waiter, was outstanding. Lighthearted and energetic he was a wonderful start up to the experience. Pizza, fusilli, hummus and charcuterie were ordered and prepared very well. Ask for the unlimited mimosas, which we only saw after the check Arrived.

A wonderful spot in CityPlace to dine and drink. Our food was delicious. The Chef accommodated our minor menu adjustments. The food was very, very good. Especially liked the veal meatballs. The service was superb. Thanks Shelby. Coming back for brunch!
I didn't eat here, just a few drinks but it's always a great place. The bartender was friendly and amazing

Great atmosphere, good service, the food for the price could be better. Loved the lobster bucatini and lamb shank. The wahoo special was fair. Next time I'd probably go for happy hour and sit at the bar.
Can't say enough about city seller.. every time we go we have stellar service, exceptional food, and beautiful ambience from the start at the hostess station to the bartenders and the waitresses. Excited to see them promote Emma from hostess to a server. She's going to Rock it!!!!
This was actually my second visit to this restaurant. I had come a couple years ago and had a charcuterie board which was memorable and tasty. Ok this visit the food was pretty good, but it was the service that will not allow me to give it a higher rating. We were greeted very warmly and seated immediately upon entry. The place was pretty empty because it was around 2 PM. We then waited patiently for a server to show up . When our server did show up, she brought us water and it was hot so I had to ask for ice. Then she took a long while to come back before she finally took a drink order. I started with an espresso martin and it was good. After another long, wait we were finally able to place our orders. The food came out relatively quick and was delivered by a different person. I had the shrimp linguine. The shrimp linguine was actually very tasty with high-quality shrimp, but there was too much kale/spinach… Not sure what it was, but too much green stuff. My friend had a kale salad which was massive. She added the protein of salmon, which was a large serving size. The portion of the salmon was good and the taste was good as it was a high quality piece of meat. What was unfortunate is that she had to ask for more dressing twice because they did not put enough dressing. I had to ask for Parmesan because my waitress did not offer any. Then I ordered a glass of wine and it took her a very long time and she wasn’t coming back. When I was finally able to locate her and flag her down she admitted she had forgotten the wine. Smh. When my friend ordered a glass of wine it also took her a long time to come back with her glass. Overall, I just felt frustrated because we were constantly looking for her to get service, to get refills and get things that we needed. This should not have been an issue due to the fact that the place was very empty. There was no reason for the lack of service. Overall the place is upbeat and lively and gorgeous. It was very clean and looks very nice inside. They do not validate parking so be prepared to pay for that. I will return and hope for different service experience next time.
