Eating healthy can be cost friendly and tasty! This is my go to lunch spot daily. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of food, price and atmosphere. I love the take home meals- I eat them almost every day for lunch and dinner. All of the staff are so friendly. If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out.

This is by far the best food prep in the area! You can order for the week or just go in and pick from the coolers! They even make healthy snacks!! I personally do the weekly orders plus grab a snack while I’m there! Highly recommend!!!!
