Horrible. The subs I ordered were made wrong. I even paid extra for toppings I did not receive. The bread was stale and hard. definitely not fresh as they advertise. Publix makes way better subs. Also, the lady kept answering the phone while making my subs and did not change gloves or clean hands. I pray we don't catch anything from this contamination. I could not even eat the sub and had to throw most of it out as did my husband. What a shame. Been going here for decades. They just lost a lifelong customer. I am so upset over this. What a waste of my money. Publix will get my service from now on.

I was also concerned because the lady making my sandwiches was also talking on the phone and did answer a few calls. She did not change her gloves or wash her hands. I was very weary of even eating the sub due to possibly getting sick from the lady's dirty hands/gloves. We ate less than 1/2 the subs and tossed them. They were terrible!!! It is a shame for this place has never been so awful. They lost a customer for life.

When I'm in the West Palm Beach area, I go out of my way to make a stop here. I grab a few subs, a pizza pie, some dinners and some fresh bread. 1990s prices, great selection, and Nona(Italian grandma) making sure things are done just right to satisfy your taste. Cash only business..Parking: There is parking but this place can get busy at times.

My family have been coming here for over 20 years every Sunday just to get their bread. It's always packed and for good reason. I've known the staff my whole life. It's a very simple place but sometimes you don't have to be super fancy to get quality food.
