Matcha is good but for the love of all that is holy in life I have never experienced this level of slow service. Coming to this coffee shop you can expect a minimum 20 minute wait, which to me is absurd.

I visited this place intending to enjoy its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which is noticeable; however, I observed a concerning pattern with my phone. Every time I’m there, my device malfunctions: it conflicts, loses communication, and seems to experience some kind of information block. This doesn’t affect the friendliness of the place, but it is a delicate issue that can’t be ignored. I would advise caution for anyone who relies on their phone for important tasks, as connectivity and functionality may be unexpectedly compromised.

My Nutcracker iced latte was so delicious. The baristas were fun and welcoming. The vibe is great for getting some work done. Will definitely be back.

I used to come here all the time but the seating has become impossible. One person working at a four-top should be an obvious no-no when it comes to common courtesy. Please create different seating options or impose some restrictions. Thanks!

This place is an overpriced joke. Ordered a flat white with an extra shot of espresso, flat white is $6 for 8 oz. They charged me for the full espresso, 2 oz for almost $4. It would have been fine except they served it in an 8oz cup with an inch of foam on top. I inquired about the size because I was curious where they put the extra shot of espresso. I was told the flat white comes in an 8 oz cup and what was I expecting? To me if you’re going to charge me for both I should be getting at least 10 oz, or make them separate and I will mix them together myself. I tried to explain math to the guy working there but that was useless.

Very good espresso and lattes. A larger breakfast menu than your average coffee shop and a good selection of pastries. So good that I wouldn't waste my time even trying another place, best case it would be AS good as here.

Edit: I had to try another place this morning and as suspected, it wasn't better than here. If you have the option, just come here. It's the best.
