What a truly lovely experience. I ordered a banana split, wonderful woman behind the counter serve me the banana split was absolutely beautiful—generously made, colorful, and delicious. Warm service, genuine kindness, and attention to detail you don’t find everywhere. This place is special, and I’ll definitely be back.

Open late and has an amazing range of flavors

What a wonderful surprise to find this hidden gem. The owner was so kind and helpful in letting us try all different flavors, and the portions were very generous.The ice cream was so delicious. And for me personally the sugar-free ice cream was phenomenal. It’s very hard to find sugarfree ice cream that actually tastes and feels like ice cream. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

This was one of the best ice cream shops I’ve been too in almost 4yrs!!! The champagne float and mango/coconut ice cream was sooooo good!!

Omg, the owner was AMAZING ! Very kind, and great customer service. The Ice cream is so delicious !! Honestly, it’s my favorite ice cream shop. They also have a mini-bar! Just awesome. I Highlyy recommend this place to friends or loved ones .

I’ll never understand why dessert and bakery shops automatically add a tip to your order without telling you. My experience here was disappointing—very similar to the other negative reviews. I honestly don’t see how this place has so many five-star ratings. The desserts didn’t taste fresh at all; everything felt like it came straight from a supermarket. Toppings cost $7 each, and you have to pay even more if you want extra. Overall, everything about this store felt overpriced, cluttered, and underwhelming.

I visited this ice cream shop on Wednesday night and had a really disappointing experience. When we walked in, we were not greeted at all by the man behind the counter. He appeared to be halfway through making a banana split, but there was no acknowledgment of us—not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.”

We stood there ready to order for at least 5–10 minutes while he continued making the same order. Two girls were sitting inside and eventually walked up to start sampling flavors, and even then, we were still not recognized. When one of the flavors ran out, it took another 5 minutes for him to replace it, and he still didn’t say a single word to us—no greeting, no update, nothing.

The man behind the counter seemed completely lackluster and slow, moving with no sense of urgency even though multiple customers were waiting. After waiting around 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment, we decided to leave.

It was frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when we were ready to give them our business. A simple “I’ll be right with you” and a bit more attentiveness would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

My dad was craving Rum raisin and I found this gem just up the street. I was greeted by the owner, Maria, and she allowed me to try different flavors and ended up getting a new flavor (Grape nut) that my dad loved. The owner is so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back soon!
