We recently hired Corks+Forks for a corporate breakfast event and they absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The set up was flawless, timely and elevated.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Cheffee as our private chef during a family yacht trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They effortlessly accommodated dietary preferences and made every meal feel special and memorable. It felt like dining at a five-star restaurant while surrounded by ocean views. Highly recommend!

We hosted a Book Launch party for 75 people at our clubhouse. We did a presentation with book readings the first hour, and Corks + Forks did a beautiful job with cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres the second hour. Everything looked and tasted amazing, and the whole evening ran really smoothly. Melanie and her team were super friendly and easy to work with — they even helped us pack up our own supplies after the party. We’re so glad we chose them and would definitely work with them again!

Holy Moly! I could not have been more pleased with Mel and her team from the very beginning. I was planning a surprise birthday party for 40 guests and from start to finish, Mel ensured every detail was taken care of. From the set up to tear down and clean up - this was by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Corks and Forks by far exceeded my hopes and expectations! Would ten out of ten recommend! ❤️🙏

Our cocktail party for 60 was amazing! The food was fabulous, the staff was so friendly and nice, and the layout for the event was perfect! I rented tables, heaters, wine glasses, etc. Corks and Forks took care of every detail, including the flowers! I am so glad I used them, they are now my go-to. Sorry I don’t have pictures to share. They did an amazing job!

What an incredible birthday celebration! Corks + Forks Catering did an amazing job catering and serving my birthday dinner – a lovely sit-down dinner with Chateaubriand and Lobster Tail. From the cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner and fabulous birthday cake, no detail was overlooked. Melanie worked with me to customize the menu and tablescape, while Cheffee brought Michelin-quality food directly from my kitchen to the beautiful table. Our guests were blown away by the delicious food and impeccable service! I cannot rave about Corks + Forks enough! We cannot wait to use them again!

One of the best Thanksgiving dinners I’ve ever had

Corks and Forks did an excellent job for our recent event. They were very responsive in our planning and made good suggestions, the guys showed up right on time, the food and service were great and the clean up at the end left the house in order. i look forward to working with Melanie and her team again

We hired Corks & Forks to cater a small dinner party with wine pairings. Mel, Cheffee and staff were incredible! From planning to executing, we had a wonderful experience. The food and service were top notch, and attention to every detail made our whole evening special and memorable. We highly recommend, and will absolutely be using the team for our future gatherings!

I have to start by saying that I have had numerous parties over the years for clients, Birthday’ and Holiday’s. I now own a wedding and event venue.I just threw a 70th Birthday party for my husband. Both my husband and I have been repeatedly saying that it was the best party we have ever had. I would like to thank the staff from Corks and Forks for making this awesome and magical evening possible.They did everything and some so that I could enjoy the evening. This was the first party ,where I could truly say I felt like a guest at my own party. The clean up, all I can say is THANK-YOU.I would also like to give a special thanks to Melanie for remembering that I liked my meat well done, so her servers were made aware and every time they gave me either a lamb chop appetizer or beef tenderloin dinner it was cooked to my liking.Thank-you again,Melanie, Cheffee and all of your staff for the best party yet. FYI my guest are still raving overwhelmingly about the food and services Corks and Forks provided.We have been repeatedly asked bye are guest when the next event is with Corks and Forks.

The catering for our dinner party for 16 surpassed all our expectations--it was superb in every way. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Our guests raved about the event : "Every detail of the event was PERFECT! ... The smoked peaches in the salad, the Chef's black steak sauce, and the black forest cake were all terrific ! " The wine pairing was exquisite.

Excellent is the only word to describe the job they did at my party. They know exactly what you need based on the size and type of event. Melanie is amazing. Food and service are the best.
