Melanie and her personable and professional staff went above and beyond in catering our party. We provided them with little time to plan, and careful attention was given to every detail of the event. Our guests couldn't say enough about how delicious the food was! We will definitely use them again!

I hired Corks & Forks to cater a photoshoot I was doing for 4 days. Melanie and her team were absolutely fabulous. When I contacted them for initial inquiry they got back to me right away and were super helpful in deciding what worked best for me and my event. Delivery was always on time and they were very responsive when I had any questions. The food is delicious, high quality, and the perfect amount as estimated in their menu.

I had a small event this past weekend in Delray. The Chef who came to the door and cooked the food was kind and helpful with the setup. The Food was delicious. Everyone mentioned how tender the meat was. I will definitely use them again.

I am so pleased with Corks & Forks Catering! Not only did they accommodate a menu that included half vegan and half non - the food was excellent.
They servers and food arrived right on time.
The servers provided were EXCEPTIONAL. They took over the kitchen and set everything up and it looked great. I absolutely loved not having to do anything except eat and mingle with our guests.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Cheffee as our private chef during a family yacht trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They effortlessly accommodated dietary preferences and made every meal feel special and memorable. It felt like dining at a five-star restaurant while surrounded by ocean views. Highly recommend!

We hosted a Book Launch party for 75 people at our clubhouse. We did a presentation with book readings the first hour, and Corks + Forks did a beautiful job with cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres the second hour. Everything looked and tasted amazing, and the whole evening ran really smoothly. Melanie and her team were super friendly and easy to work with — they even helped us pack up our own supplies after the party. We’re so glad we chose them and would definitely work with them again!

Holy Moly! I could not have been more pleased with Mel and her team from the very beginning. I was planning a surprise birthday party for 40 guests and from start to finish, Mel ensured every detail was taken care of. From the set up to tear down and clean up - this was by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Corks and Forks by far exceeded my hopes and expectations! Would ten out of ten recommend! ❤️🙏

Our cocktail party for 60 was amazing! The food was fabulous, the staff was so friendly and nice, and the layout for the event was perfect! I rented tables, heaters, wine glasses, etc. Corks and Forks took care of every detail, including the flowers! I am so glad I used them, they are now my go-to. Sorry I don’t have pictures to share. They did an amazing job!

What an incredible birthday celebration! Corks + Forks Catering did an amazing job catering and serving my birthday dinner – a lovely sit-down dinner with Chateaubriand and Lobster Tail. From the cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner and fabulous birthday cake, no detail was overlooked. Melanie worked with me to customize the menu and tablescape, while Cheffee brought Michelin-quality food directly from my kitchen to the beautiful table. Our guests were blown away by the delicious food and impeccable service! I cannot rave about Corks + Forks enough! We cannot wait to use them again!

One of the best Thanksgiving dinners I’ve ever had

Corks and Forks did an excellent job for our recent event. They were very responsive in our planning and made good suggestions, the guys showed up right on time, the food and service were great and the clean up at the end left the house in order. i look forward to working with Melanie and her team again
