The bartender/ manager was extremely rude. There was a bug in the water, we brought it to the waitresses attention. She walked off and left it. And when I mentioned it to him he said yeah well we're all a little busy tonight. Too busy to take the glass with you? So I guess we were supposed to sit there eating with a glass of water with s big in it. He also said we'll you're outside of course there's gong to be bugs.I ordered a drink that I thought was listed under the frozen section. I returned it for something different. The second drink was horrible, so I asked for a Heineken. The manager tried to make me pay for the horrible drink because he made it himself and had been bartending for over twenty years. When I said, well bring the check and we'll just pay for what we've already had and leave he stated well I'll do it this time but next time you come here, know what you want. He also stated that it's in the meme that you can't return drinks.The waitress turned out to be really good and polite.Great food. Horrible customer service from the bartender/manager.

Young man named Malcolm waited on us. He was as efficient, friendly, and attentive as can be. Everything was good!! My boyfriend ordered Sweet Chile and Buffalo wings. I had a seafood gumbo. DELICIOUS!!!

Good lunch we enjoyed today!..hush puppies ,clam chowder soft shell crab...very flavorful..great service by waitress "Tai"..

I have recently visited this place before Thanksgiving. I got the Combo 2 with the shrimp and snow crab. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. We sat at the bar tables which Frank served us and was very friendly. The place is very spacious and has lots of TVs! Definitely coming back for more!

Service was good, food was bad. They use allot of breading trying to make it seem like you have allot of food but really its breading. I had fried calamari, fish tacos, fried fish, onions rings with fake onions, but drinks were great!

Love getting the Crab Tales Seafood Family Feast. Highly recommend it!! Food is always hot and spicy!!

I just wanted garlic butter. Can you guess which sauce is "mild garlic butter"? They both remind me of ramen noodle broth. Idk what this is but it's not necessary. The dungeness crabs were good though, was able to eat them plain

I have to say that my partner and I went to this place on a Friday night. The food was impeccable. Cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and came lightning fast. There was also so much food! I had a cocktail, and it was made carefully. Everything was reasonably priced.I'll be honest, if this place could work on its ambiance a little, it would be packed wall to wall every night. That is the only thing I noticed that was a little off. Otherwise, I highly recommend you go check it out for some good seafood.

This place has great decor,nice drinks THE FOOD IS GARBAGE,I spent 100$ my corn was mushy, the seafood taste like old water,THE SAUCES ARE SO GROSS, who ever made that lemon pepper and garlic butter NEEDS to throw it away.....these different name FAKE SEAFOOD places popping up ARE ALL THE SAME...I was hoping they would be different but was very disappointed...(red crab,crafty,NASTY CRAB BOIL PLACES there are other ones as well)... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY..THEY DONT CARE these places do the bare minimum and take your money.OVER PRICED TRASH!!!!

I don’t recommend this restaurant for your seafood fix. Although they were very nice the service was entirely too slow it took almost 2 hours just for someone to take our drink order. The food took just as long and was definitely not worth the wait. They are very over priced for their freezer burnt crab legs. The best tasting dish was my daughter’s chicken bites & fries from the kids menu which only have 2 choices. The boil came with 1 potato & 1 corn which I did not eat the corn because it was over cooked and mushy. They’re bathroom is completely disgusting. The food was not seasoned and the EVERYTHING butter sauce tasted days old. I don’t see them lasting long unless they seriously revamp their menu.

decorated very simple Establishment doesn't smell like seafood They open Late around 3 and close around 10 The staff is nice and friendly They have a decent patio And the name of their establishment is unique and catchy I look forward to my next visit

Food was basic, definitely over priced for quantity and quality. Had great service from my waiter. $35 for a basic crab broil, mediocre seasoning.

The location is tucked away but ample sitting space and good food and drinks.

I ordered the Catfish and Sweet Potato Fries wit a side of Corn because Im allergic to the taste of Shellfish... My brother had a Seafood Boil ... He said it was great ... Crabs , lobster tails... Corn and Potatoes .... It was all kinds of stuff in that bag that came out full of steam ... We had a couple drinks ... Nice atmosphere ... We came right before they were starting to play a lil music ... Tvs were on playing a variety of things ... Bathrooms were clean ...Waitress was pretty good ...couldve made more money if they were a lil more on point but its cool ... Best part tho was the cook came out and asked himself how did we enjoy the food ... And talked to us for a lil while ... Got a lil more in tune with us patrons ... That was great... That kind of stuff makes me come back
